I’ve ordered blended drinks to receive them half liquid being told they were “hand blended”, I’ve paid for extra toppings and not received the extra amount and gotten told that it was there and I just couldn’t see it. I know these baristas are working hard and I don’t blame them for wanting to take short cuts, but they’re needs to be a certain level of accountability so maybe more manager support is needed or better staffing. The lady that took our order she was very polite I can say that. Also she greeted us with a smile. The reason I the gave 3 stars is because. I asked for it to extra sweet but it taste like it nothing was put in it at all. I had to go to a gas station just to get my sweetness in it. Maybe it was bad timing, but that was my only issue.

My drinks are always good but the last 5 visits have taken a long time, even when I am the first in line at the walk up window. I sat in line today 06/10/2026 for almost an hour to pick up a mobile order for one cold brew coffee. The order takers in the drive through are always moving slow and nonchalant. Two days ago I watched an individual at the walk up window walk away because after about 8 minuets nobody acknowledged them or took their order. Not sure if short staffed but definitely disappointing.

Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
