    Either the line will be ridiculously long or there will be 3 cars and you will STILL wait as long. Either way, get comfortable.

    I'm giving a two stars because y'all had good customer service but other then that I ask for a zero sugar coffee and they told me they didn't make it and offer decaf, lemonade, and chocolate milk? I know for a fact y'all have that option on your app store here is proof. So if your diabetic or on keto not a good place to get coffee.

    First time! What a pleasant experience! This is how to provide hospitality! Way to go Dutch Bros. I rarely splurge for a coffee out but I absolutely loved the experience and I thought the prices and quality were great too! I'll be back! Keep up the good work!

    Visiting from put of state and wanted to try Dutch Bros since we don't have them at home. Joined the line which was long, but not too long. Waited 20 minutes and hadn't even placed our order yet so we bailed. Service was so slow, each car was waiting an extended period for their order at the window.

    I want to like this place but the service and wait time are abysmal. No reason to have to wait 20 minutes for a drink that if you watch them takes 30 seconds to make. They have a poor system for getting drinks out to customers. There's no point to take everyone's order in line if you can't get the car at the window their drinks in a timely manner. 5 people working inside shouldn't be taking this long to make a drink and microwave food. On top of that you have staff wearing sandals without socks and short shorts that are basically underwear inside a food prep area and workers constantly slipping on the floor because they have poor grip footwear. I don't want some generic response from this "owner" apologizing in a non specific way. It shows lack of empathy. You want to really know what I think drop your number and let's have a chat, otherwise save the B.S. response
