- KRKristian Rapczak4 days ago2.0I’m going to be honest and say that I raved about Dutch bros in the beginning but the last handful of times we’ve been, I hardly taste the espresso. I ordered a caramelizer with oat milk almost all the time and this is the first where it looks like straight milk and taste like straight milk.

Man the staff here is awesome, and oh boy they are fast at making those drinks! They gave me stickers last time I was there, how cute. This is an in and out location and never have I ever been disappointed with a drink. You can really tell the staff likes their jobs/work environment here.

- TRTodd RApr 18, 20261.0I ordered the Nitro Infused Cold Brew, which is advertised as "Smooth & Creamy" with that signature cascading nitro foam on top. What I actually received was a plain dark cold brew with no nitro effect, no creamy foam, and no visible difference from a regular iced coffee. The whole appeal of nitro cold brew is the velvety texture and the beautiful foam head — neither of which were present in my drink. I paid a premium price for a specialty drink and got something that looked (and likely tasted) like a basic iced coffee. I didn't notice until I had already driven away, so I couldn't get it corrected in the moment. Dutch Bros — if you're going to charge for nitro, please actually make it nitro.

We’ve decided to focus on what we do best - serving up awesome drinks, creating genuine connections at the window and giving back to our communities! That means we’re stepping away from offering DutchWear to our customers. You’ll still be able to buy coffee and drinkware on our website, which may occasionally offer a few surprises!
Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
