  Yall ain’t never getting my money. Every time I order my coffee you guys don’t ever put the right amount of sweetener that I ask. Idk if it’s being spiteful. But, you’re literally around the corner from my house. Gave this place chance after chance and I’ve let it slide and tried to be polite. No thank you.

  The cup lid for a large ice blended coffee has a large hole on the top for your coffee to spill out, genius. And The girls that work there act like they're absolutely miserable.

  Sitting in the drive through at the speaker on a Friday morning for 20 minutes is ridiculous. When I finally got fed up and pulled around to the window, I asked the girl if the speaker was broken. She said no and I informed her that I had been waiting for around 20 minutes and she cut me off mid sentence with “ what do you want”. This location and the one attached to refuel on Main Street Summerville are the absolute worst. I will find another place to get my and my daughters Friday morning breakfast.

  Clearly from the previous reviews, my review will come as no shocker. The customer service within this location is unreal and obviously, the problem has not been addressed nor fixed because it continues. There are a few that seem to understand what customer service is but One bad Apple spoils them all. I can only imagine how stressful a job at a coffee shop would be, but if you hate your job that much then I think it's time to get a new one that involves zero customer involvement. Unfortunately, with the attitude this young lady gives off every single day without fail, I don't foresee any other establishment hiring her. Again, from the previous reviews this issue is not being addressed and that's why she continues to work there because it is allowed. Also, the number on the bottom of the receipt never gets answered or goes straight to voicemail and that is not set up. I bet I know why!!
