The girl at drive thru didn’t realize she had a hot mic on and I had my two young children in the car, with the window down at drive up. They heard everything this girl had to say. When I approached the manager, there was no apology. Nothing. As if this service is acceptable. This was not acceptable. Disgusting.

Food/Drinks great and has been for the last two or so years coming here. I come here w/positive vibes all the time and the energy is normally reciprocated between tall male employee w/hair and few of the reg. female employees. However, something unbeknownst to me is going on to where Hazel gave crappy customer service and the only person to try to take my order was said male employee while the others jokingly or seriously walked to the back. I didn’t pose no harm/threat anyone nor said anything outside of the normal so idk where the animosity is coming from. That was if not yesterday morning, Wednesday. This morning, I came in and asked for Hazel being that to my knowledge she was the manager and expressed to said male that I needed to have a conversation because idk what the tension is about to the point I never ordered that day and walked out to go talk to her counterparts at the refuel store on main st which who also was unavailable to address a concern being that they know eachother from working with eachother here at Carnes first. So today, said male takes my order, says Hazel wasn’t here, and I carried on about my business outside. A cop that just happened to be there getting coffee said that he was told if he could trespass me from one of the employees. Told me this while I was outside about to get in my truck. He said he couldn’t because there is no formal paperwork. All this is surprising to me and needs to get addressed. Accountability needs to be had. I don’t know who outside of Hazel is involved if any others but it’s a shame no one was professional enough to tell me themselves about whatever the situation is. I bring good energy and tip all the time so it’s really not registering to me where the timid, unprofessional behavior is coming from. Would like to speak to District Manager or above.

It looks really trashy when the employees are wearing bonnets behind the counter. We don't need to act like the world is Walmart or the dollar general

I don't visit this location often but I've never had this poor of service. I actually didn't receive service at all. 5 workers at the counter, all working, but not 1 of them greeted us or the other customers as we walked in. They would look up to see us, but never would speak. Apparently, you order on the big screen at the counter, which is fine, but what do you do if you need assistance? I've worked in customer service for years and the number one thing you're supposed to do is make the customer feel welcome/seen/heard. Then, you offer assistance. I understand that everyone was busy working on something, but you could have at least greeted us and said, "We'll be right with you."
