I order and pay on the app. It’s always a super simple order; nothing more than a black coffee and donuts or a sandwich. I confirm the order at the drive-thru with my name. I drive up to the window…“What did you order?” I then have to tell them the order at the window. Then and only then do they start the order based what I tell them at the window. READ THE TICKET! WHY AM I SITTING AT THE WINDOW WITH FIVE CARS BEHIND ME REPEATING EVERY SINGLE STEP OF THE PROCESS THAT IS SUPPOSED TO BE MADE EASIER WITH THE APP? WHY DOES IT WORK THIS WAY? This is not a one-off situation. This happens every single time I stop here, no matter who is at the window.

I quit coming to this specific location because of the customer service they give but decided to give them another try was handed a ‘iced coffee’ with no ice so I asked do you have ice & was told oh no we don’t the ice machine is getting worked on. That should be something you tell the customer beforehand 🤦🏻♀️

Destiny was taking orders, making drinks, making food dealing with rude customers at the drive thru and training a new person. I can tell someone called out or something but Destiny and Taylor were killing it. I didn’t even wait that long. Thank you Destiny and Taylor. My iced caramel coffee latte was on point and my daughter enjoyed her breakfast.

I ordered breakfast sandwiches and 2 coffees at 748 as I type this it is 808 and we are still 2 cars from the intercom. $35 in food and drinks and it takes almost 30 minutes of my day to get through a 8-9'car drive thru that's wild 🤣
