- ABamber ballanceMay 7, 20261.0My daughter and I came into Summerville today and we always treat ourselves with Dunkin since we live out in the country. On 5/7/26 at 130pm we hit up the Dunkin on Main before going to an appt. We ordered one of their new Oreo Coffee blend and a Frozen Chocolate for my 17 yr old daughter who literally can’t have coffee, and I mean literally it makes her sick. So when we got the Frozen chocolate you could tell it had coffee or coffee mix. The frozen chocolate on the menu has no caffeine. So I let the lady know she got pissed slammed and talked under her breath and then handed me a new one with a full bitter tasting totally caffeinated drink that even I could not even drink. We have ordered a frozen chocolate dozens of times. My daughter did not get what she paid for, and asked nicely when there was a mistake and we seemed too much like a bother.

She was cursing and threatening to leave her job and was as loud as she could be. There was also a person sleeping at one of the booths. Not very welcoming.

I happened visit this Summerville location as I was on the way to an appointment. It was the worse experience in both customer service and product quality. Coffee was supposed to have two creams but instead was milky white. The clerk clerk huffed and puffed when I asked her to scan my rewards QR Code. She was absolutely rude. I also ordered 25 munchkins. They were thrown in a bag not boxed up. The bag was greasy looking.

I was very disappointed this year doing this!
