I’m watching the people behind the counter eat while they’re working. They should probably do that on their lunch break. maybe it wouldn’t take so long to get your stuff if people were doing what they were supposed to be doing.

I didn’t say anything because I’m honestly not the confrontational type and the lady at the window was already giving me an attitude at the drive thru for asking for light ice. I go to dunkin alllll the time so I know the difference between the large and medium. Now what really pissed me off if the lady at the drive thru window tipped herself which is extremely frustrating. Like I said I go to dunkin all the time so I know how the drive thru works they always put the card reader out the window and it asks for a tip selection before it takes payment, and I always tip 20% regardless but this time the lady takes my phone which had Apple Pay ready and scans my card herself. She didn’t give me a receipt so I didn’t think anything of it until I check my bank account and see that I was charged more than what my meal should’ve came to. (Mind you my meal should’ve been $12.08 before tip INCLUDING tax, but my card was charged $13.89) Like I said I always tip 20% but if the lady at the window would’ve give me a chance to select a tip myself i probably wouldn’t have tipped anyways because of the attitude i received at and the fact that i was charged for a large and received a medium. Still mad about the fact that she selected the tip herself because that was extremely unexceptionable.
