- SKStephen KellarJun 28, 20262.0Stopped in to pick up a dozen. As I ordered and pointed to one tray of the sweet treats, I noticed an employee picking from another tray next to it. Didn't think anything of it at first. When I got home, I realized the employee had put obviously older product in the box. One employee adding my choices to the register while another employee behind her filling up my box. Is that how they do it now? Not happy with this visit.

I always get my usual refresher with light ice with tea, small shot of extra concentrate. Manager comes to the window and informs me that they can't do that. I asked why and since when. Her response was it's too much caffeine for me. I have never had this issue before and ask for a splash extra because the normal isn't enough for flavor for me personally. Just an FYI telling an adult how much caffeine they can and can't have won't make it long this day and time. I'm quite responsible enough to track my caffeine intake but ty for the concern...
- NCNina CashMay 27, 20264.0First time to Dunkin’ in a long time and found this location near by. The store was busy, clean and offered a self ordering kiosk which was easy to navigate. They had a large display of all their donuts which looked tasty. I saw they had something new for their iced latte which was the option for a protein milk. I asked the girl at the counter what brand that was specifically and she told me it was lactaid. I waited about 5 mins to get my coffee. The coffee itself didn’t have much flavor, I’m not sure if the milk was too much but I didn’t get much of a coffee or the shot of SF vanilla that I added. I may have to come back and try something else or perhaps a normal latte to see if I can tell a difference in flavor and quality.

I’ve become a regular here, and I usually have no trouble ordering. However, I’ve encountered an issue with the ice. Sometimes, when I ask for light ice, they add extra ice. When I check the receipt, it doesn’t indicate that either. It would be great if the staff could pay more attention to customer preferences and customize orders accordingly. Also the drink in the photo is the second drink after I specifically asked for light ice first drink was too much ice for my liking.
