I’ve become a regular here, and I usually have no trouble ordering. However, I’ve encountered an issue with the ice. Sometimes, when I ask for light ice, they add extra ice. When I check the receipt, it doesn’t indicate that either. It would be great if the staff could pay more attention to customer preferences and customize orders accordingly. Also the drink in the photo is the second drink after I specifically asked for light ice first drink was too much ice for my liking.

They agreed it was burnt and asked me to pull forward so they could remake it. Less than a minute later, I was given what appeared to be the exact same cup I had just returned — same time sticker, same burnt taste. I didn’t have time to go back and ask for it to be fixed a second time. Disappointing experience.
