I ordered a bacon egg and cheese breakfast croissant (menu item ) minus the egg (it upsets my tummy) with a hot latte. I paid and tipped after a wait to the final window. When I got my breakfast croissant, the cheese was unmelted and the bacon was still frozen. I had taken bite before leaving and immediately pointed this out to the window clerk. She told me as I had taken a bite before complaining there was nothing she could do (like warming it up) . And told me to have a nice day. I pointed out that a breakfast sandwich should be hot (toasted) and she said that only happens when it is with the egg and it was my responsibility to state other wise when ordering (like wanting a hot breakfast item). I asked to speak to a manager and she assured me she was one. When I tried to point out that I expected a hot item (eggs do not determine heat) to be warm she yelled at me to move on. When I said no she pointed to police cruiser and yelled how much of a good day do you want. I had an appointment to make so I moved on. That was supposed to be my treat to myself that day. I haven’t been to a Dunkin’ Donuts since and as someone who has worked in the service; the zombie apocalypse would happen before support this company again
- HWHannah WellerSep 28, 20261.0waited for a very long time for a mobile order placed ahead of my arrival.. received a coffee that was very light in color so i doubled checked that it was oat milk instead of dairy. they said yes, i believed them, and now all day i have been useless as my stomach has been so messed up from the dairy. it’s not just a preference. i also received a pitiful order of munchkins with what looked like a bite taken out of one after they forgot to give it to me in the first place, as well as a cold order of hashbrowns. i have had bad experiences with this location previously but it is unacceptable to hand someone an ingredient that they are allergic to. very poor service and poor quality of goods.
