- TWTyler WaddellJul 3, 20261.0I ordered 2 large pizzas with parmesan bread bites and marinara sauce and got the notification the delivery driver is on the way and left the store, 10 to 15 minutes later I get a call from the store saying that the delivery driver "just walked up" and said that I'm "outside the delivery area" so the order is canceled "okay" and hung up but I live less than three miles away and my roommates order food from the same store to the same address all the time and it's never an issue until I order this one time but it's fine I'll never order here again lying sob.

There were 2 employees having a conversation near the front counter and another employee was near the back on his phone. NO ONE acknowledged my husband’s presence when he entered the store. Then all of a sudden the female turns around and asks him if he’s been helped. The NERVE! No other customers were in the store and my husband is not a small guy. Good employees are hard to find, I get that Dominoes, but try the search again. GM, are you not reading these reviews??? This is a reflection of your management. Do better.

I ordered a pizza with extra cheese and a 3 cheese blend, but there are multiple spots where the sauce is clearly showing… that is not extra cheese. The mushrooms were thrown on top after the pizza was already made. When I asked about it, I was told they were forgotten and added later, which explains why they don’t look properly cooked into the pizza. When I addressed the cheese, the employee insisted this was “extra cheese,” which was frustrating because it clearly wasn’t. The wings were just as bad… barely sauced and uneven. It honestly looked like someone lightly zigzagged sauce over them and tossed them in the box. On top of that, they seemed undercooked and nothing like what’s advertised or how sauced they appear online What makes this worse is that after looking through the reviews, I can see this is not a one-off situation. Multiple people are complaining about the same exact issues, which tells me this is an ongoing problem that’s not being addressed. This is a newer location, so I expected better. Instead, the entire order felt rushed and thrown together. I wasted both time and money, and most of the food went to waste. Definitely not the experience I expected.
