  Gave them a chance 3 times after moving here 1 year ago and ordering consistently since 1996. The last time I picked up and told them to keep my change (normally) in this case .98, and asked for one garlic sauce as I left and they said it would be $1. I simply said thanks and left. According to a neighbor that works for the same location, I tipped $100 on the day his cancer treatment was finished (yes, I ordered only to have him deliver, which was awesome, pizza still sucked), it's the local Regional Manager pressing the $1 charge. Your corperate power hungry attitude will make me go elsewhere. Simply put, your management sucks, and people shouldn't be treated that way. The iron curtain has been opened and no matter how well your shop is doing, the managers have developed enough red tape to keep consmers (me absolutely) away. Please read above if you're confused.

  Jill is the best delivery driver in the world. She is the undisputed, reigning champ. We ordered pizza for someone’s birthday and she offered to sing them happy bday. When he didn’t come to the door, Jill called us back to make sure he was OK (he was). Jill was so friendly and helpful. It really brightened up our whole day. She is a TOTAL rock star. We never see service like hers anymore. Thank you! Exemplary

  I’ve ordered from this location many times, but this experience was extremely disappointing. I called in an order, provided my address, and they processed my card. After waiting an hour with no update, I called the restaurant and was told my order had been canceled because I was “out of the delivery zone,” and nothing they could do. We double-checked and confirmed we had called the correct location. When I called back, the manager gave a completely different explanation, saying a new employee made a mistake and that they don’t follow up on canceled orders. Instead of taking responsibility, he offered to “throw in some extra food” if we placed a new order, we declined. The lack of communication, inconsistent explanations, and poor customer service made this a very frustrating experience.

  The staff was so nice and friendly, although it was later in the evening and quiet. I wrote a thank you note on the chalk board. My deluxe pizza was also prefect. Everything was evenly distributed and the crust was golden and crispy. I would definitely eat here again.

  I frequent here for lunch and Madison always takes the best care of me and my order! Food is always amazing, fresh, and the crew is always the most friendly. Thanks so being awesome Madison and crew! ❤️ Definitely try the tots too!
