    I had a great experience at Chipotle. The entire staff was friendly, professional, and worked hard to keep everything running smoothly, even during a busy time. Everyone was helpful and had a positive attitude. A special shoutout to Myra—she is awesome! She went above and beyond to provide excellent customer service and made sure everything was perfect. Employees like Myra are a big reason I’ll keep coming back. Great job to the whole team!

    I wasn't very hungry and wanted just the chips... I was taken back by the fact the cashier stated that I could only get Queso or Guacamole sauce for my chips (which were stale)... Not both! And yet when I sat down, I saw that I could've ordered extra and paid for it! If I can build a bowl, I should be able to build my own nachos.... Maybe they should add it to their menu... Until they do, I won't be back

    i showed up to the restaurant 15 minutes before closing time. when i went to walk in the door was locked and the workers looked up at me and went back to laughing and talking. if the store closes at 1045 then the time online and on the door needs to be changed. i understand it was close to closing time and they were probably ready to go home but it is very confusing, embarrassing and disappointing to expect somewhere to be open only to get there durning posted business hours and get ignored and laughed at

    I am extremely disappointed with how my concern was handled. After experiencing an issue with my order, I contacted the restaurant directly and was instructed by the owner to reach out to Chipotle Customer Care for assistance. I followed those instructions, provided the information requested, and even submitted proof of my order. After all of that, Customer Care informed me that they could not offer any compensation because the order was “too old.” If that was the case, it would have been helpful to know from the beginning instead of being directed through multiple steps and spending time gathering information only to be told there was nothing they could do. While I appreciate the apology, an apology alone does not resolve the issue. What disappointed me most was the lack of accountability and the unwillingness to offer any reasonable goodwill gesture after I followed the process exactly as instructed by the owner. Customer service should be about more than documenting complaints—it should be about resolving them. Unfortunately, I was left feeling unheard, dismissed, and frustrated. I hope Chipotle reevaluates how customer concerns are handled and empowers its teams to provide better solutions for loyal customers. Update: The owner specifically directed me to contact Customer Care for assistance. After providing the requested documentation, I was informed that no compensation could be provided due to the age of the order. Being sent from the restaurant to Customer Care only to be denied any resolution was disappointing and felt like a waste of my time. That experience alone is why I’m leaving this review.

    This is the worst experience I've ever had at any fast food restaurant. I went in at 8:27 on Wednesday 5/20/2026 and was told by the employee working the line that they were out of white rice, fajita veggies, chicken, honey chicken, cheese, lettuce, and sour cream. Mind you behind him on the grill they had just pulled chicken off and started cutting it. I asked if we could have a portion of the chicken they were cutting and he proceeded to tell me it was for online orders ONLY! And if we wanted any of the items they were out of on the regular line we needed to place an online order for it. He mentioned that staff gets in trouble if they pull food for the regular line from the to go station. Now tell me how that makes sense? I bit my tongue and decided to see if I could place the order online, the earliest pick up time was 9pm... Also there was a gentleman behind me that asked the manager on shift why we couldn't have portions from the to go line since it looked like they were finishing up, and she told him "if you don't like it, you can leave and go to a different location". This is extremely unprofessional and Chipotle lost a lot of business tonight, so many people walked in and were told the same thing I was told and left. The manager with the black and red hair and staff are rude and unprofessional, cashier was rolling her eyes at the fact people are walking in and ordering food and she actually has to do her job! I don't know if corporate is aware of what's going on at this location but this has happened once before a few months ago, and I thought it was just a one time thing but it's not. I will not be returning to this location again. Do not eat here. These workers must be working for Moes southwest grill with the way they're driving away business.
