- LGLynsee Gonzales6 days ago5.0Okay, they definitely have had some growing pains. It took them a while to train and learn how to make everything. They have been closed a few times for stoves being down as well. But, if they do something wrong, they are quick to make it right. And it’s chipotle… they are the same as all chipotles and they are yummy!

The person who completed my food order and the separate person doing the checkout were nice but seemed to be a bit scared as the atmosphere is very aggressive and not welcoming. Definitely avoid this one!

I’m almost sure she was the manager, which is even more concerning! I never write reviews, however, I personally don’t enjoy being yelled at and spoken to like I am dirt… completely unprovoked. With this being said, I thought I should warn everyone else not to go. I won’t be going back… glad I’m now at Taco Boy!😃

I've eaten at locations all across the country; whether it be high-income, lower-income, downtown, suburban, etc., you name it, and this is THE WORST location I've ever experienced. The food tastes bland, the employees move slower than molasses and the manager has an attitude problem. This place is turning us off to Chipotle and looking more towards Moe's Southwest Grill.
- ERElijah RileySep 13, 20261.0I went to chipotle and waited 10 minutes for any service while there were two other workers that were just talking back and forth and just staring at me . Then once they came to serve me , I asked simple questions about some of the missing food and they were snappy and really rude . Then proceeded to talk crap in front of me about the questions I asked . The only person who didn’t join in on the gossip was the cashier. And when we walked out they were still complaining about me and all i did was ask about if there was anymore steak and said if not chicken was fine . Worst service ever and I wouldn’t recommend coming here .
