None of us can take the time from our day to drive and pick it up. Their excuse was that they’re short handed. That’s no excuse.

This time I had it, a few issues with my order including getting chicken strips instead of nuggets I ordered and even me not remember the name. The person who helped us was very apologetic, friendly and they fixed our order fast. Going into this location just felt like you're part of the family.

Still, unlike Goose Creek, this store clearly cares about quality, accuracy, and efficiency. Out of the probably dozen times I've been here either by myself or with friends, I have yet to run into a single issue. Literally nothing. Food is always good, mobile-thru is always efficient, everyone is polite, and absolutely no issues. Almost knocked off a star because I can't get two cherries with my milkshakes now though... Only kidding. But seriously, give us back another cherry if we don't like whipped cream lol. The location is actually insanely convenient, especially now that Amazon returns have been sending me over to Staples next door. Now I park at Staples, and I immediately see Chick-Fil-A, and then I think about their amazing chocolate chip cookies, and then usually placing my order while waiting in the Amazon return line at Staples lmao.
