There were three people out in the restaurant checking on customers, clearing and cleaning table, and sweeping the floor. VERY nice people
- KWkristine williams5 days ago5.0I came through the drive-through tonight using the mobile app. My van broke down couple weeks ago, so I am using my mother‘s car and when I went through the drive-through, they couldn’t find my normal vehicle because I wasn’t in it and so people behind me kept getting their food and I was just getting so mad and had an attitude. Been having a bad day, honestly I’ve been having a bad past couple of months, I wasn’t very nice to the lady delivering the food to the cars. When she brought me the food she told me that my ticket didn’t have the right vehicle on it and I got mad and I was like yes it does. She was like no it doesn’t and I got out of the car and was freaking out on her and she just repeated herself that it wasn’t the right car. I turned and looked and realized that she was absolutely right I was not in the right car. I had forgotten I changed vehicles. I just turned around and told her how sorry I was, I almost started to cry and she just grabbed me and gave me the biggest hug and held me for a good 20 seconds and told me that it’s all right that it’s gonna be OK. Let me tell you when I say that that was very much needed, and I appreciate her so much. I apologize for not knowing her name, but she worked the drive-through tonight was delivering food to the cars. I wanna say it was around 7:30 to 8 o’clock. But she handled my attitude very well and then when I was sorry she forgave me. Chick-fil-A’s got a great employee. Thank you ma’am!

- NGNocturne GoldSep 26, 20263.0I hate to leave anything but 5 stars for this location. I have raved for years about this being the best Chickfila in the CHS area to others and come regularly. However, the app needs to be fixed and service brought back up to what it used to be. I know the staff is overwhelmed with customers but multiple times recently my order has been lost or brought to my table incorrect. My order for dine in was so wrong today that for the first time ever I was given an actual refund and this was after the first order was lost somehow. For the app, where the toppings section is on the app is misleading and easy to make a mistake. Also the topping has a habit of changing in between choosing multiple meals for some reason to a random other topping rather than staying defaulted to the obvious choice like nuggets. The meal portions are also getting smaller which is standard everywhere these days but disappointing with all the other recent issues. Please fix the app!
