- KAKeyrsten Atkins2 days ago1.0Absolutely ridiculous experience. I sat there waiting while people who literally pulled in AFTER me were getting their food before I did. Then you tell me to pull forward like that’s somehow going to make the wait better, just for me to sit there for another 20 MINUTES waiting on a SIMPLE meal. If you’re going to have people pull forward, at least actually bring their food out in a reasonable amount of time. I watched multiple cars come and go while I was sitting there like an idiot waiting on food that should’ve been ready in the first place. There was absolutely no reason for this to take that long. The service was terrible, the wait was ridiculous, and nobody seemed to care that I had been sitting there forever. Definitely not the Chick-fil-A experience people brag about. Do better.

While I was there, I personally heard him make inappropriate comments to another individual about her weight. He said, “You’re just out here being big,” and also remarked, “I wish I could be out here getting milkshakes and being a chub-wad.” Regardless of whether these comments were intended as jokes, they were unprofessional, disrespectful, and completely inappropriate in a customer-facing environment. No one should feel embarrassed or ridiculed because of their appearance while visiting a restaurant. Customer service should be welcoming and respectful to everyone. I hope management addresses this behavior and reinforces the importance of treating all guests with dignity and respect. And after speaking with Anthony, the Director, I’m confident that it will be addressed appropriately. Anthony handled the situation with grace and understanding after the situation was brought to his attention and we are greatly appreciative! I hate to leave such an awful review but Mr. Trell has to know that there are consequences to his actions and not everyone will handle this type of situation with the grace the individual whom he insulted did.
