- KWKait Wilson5 days ago3.0After a week that felt longer than a Monday on steroids, I took the easy way out and did a mobile order at Chick-fil-A. Mistake? Yes, my mistake. But what followed? A tale of two employees. First, the sweet gal at the window (bless her heart) was a 100% professional, customer-service angel. She handled my mix-up with grace, charm, and a smile that could melt steel. Seriously, I would’ve promoted her on the spot if I could. Then came Taylor. Oh, Taylor… apparently, my request to fix my *DRINKS** and still pay for my original mistake was the ultimate betrayal. Yelling, “SO I MADE THIS DRINK FOR NOTHING?!” really put a hard stop on my Chick-fil-A joy. As a GM of a hotel in the area myself, I know real professionalism when I see it, and let’s just say… Taylor could use a refresher course in customer service (or a timeout). I’ll continue to enjoy Chick-fil-A, but only if the window angel keeps shining and Taylor learns that yelling about adjustment to customer orders isn’t a growth strategy. P.S. Sweet gal, you deserve a medal. I wish I knew your name. Taylor… I hope this review is part of your termination or correction documents. How rude.
