  Very rude!!! Placed an order for pickup, selected the option that I was on my way. I arrived at the appointed pick up time. Went to the drive thru and was told my offer wasn't even started yet and that I needed to come in. I explained that I could not because of my disabled child in the car. I received nothing but attitude and an eye roll from the manager and was told to "park in the bushes". I did so and when the gentleman brought out my food, I was told that unless I was door dash I had to come in. I also did not get the drink I ordered, nor did I get my bo rounds and my son's meal was wrong. Going to try to get this fixed. Will update. Update: again blonde manager was rude. When I explained what was wro g with my order, she just smirked. I feel this was done purposely.

  Employee was very confused when I ordered so someone helped him and she was confused also. Maybe it was me? Food was ok.

  I’ve only been to Bojangles a few times, and this was my second visit about a week or two ago. Staff were about the same as other locations, no real issues there. When I got home, I noticed I had an extra piece of chicken, which felt like a bonus at first. That changed pretty quickly when I bit into it. It was so hard it could’ve cracked a windshield, and unfortunately it was one of the first things I ate, which ruined the rest of the meal. I tried eating the rounds the next day and they weren’t good at all. The mashed potatoes were okay, but definitely not what I’m used to from other locations even as leftovers. Overall, that experience kind of turned me off from coming back here. I actually passed by today while heading to UPS and considered stopping, but ended up going to Chick-fil-A instead. After that meal and a recent bad experience at another location, I just didn’t feel great about giving this one another shot.

  The lady at the register was rude from the start and i had to wait 30 minutes just to get a 90 percent raw 5 chicken tender basket the lady told me half way of me waiting that she had some tenders back there that were as hard as a rock but also said she had some that was fresh she would use. no one just says that so that made me think to check my food before i even ate and sure enough it’s more than atleast 80 percent raw!!!!. I’m not happy and something needs to be done if not i’ll do what’s needed! The lady also did not want to give me my receipt after the refund!
