I have never been more disappointed with a restaurant experience than I was at this Bojangles. From the moment we walked in, it was obvious this location has major issues. Before I even entered the dining room, I could smell what seemed to be the restroom from the hallway. Once inside, it only got worse. The entire restaurant smelled awful, the floors were covered in trash, and not a single table appeared to have been cleaned. It looked like basic cleanliness and sanitation had been completely ignored. After placing our order, we waited over 20 minutes for our food. While waiting, I looked up the reviews for this location, and unfortunately they matched exactly what I was experiencing. I also glanced into the kitchen and was shocked by how dirty the floors and cooking area appeared. It honestly made me question whether it was even safe to eat the food we had just ordered. The food itself was disappointing. My husband was given white gravy instead of the brown gravy he ordered, and the overall quality was poor. To make matters worse, there was constant profanity coming from the kitchen. The employees seemed completely unorganized, inexperienced, and more interested in joking around than doing their jobs or serving customers. Another issue that really frustrated me was with my husband’s order. He specifically asked for a thigh, and while he stepped away to use the restroom, I overheard an employee tell another worker, “Just give him a breast.” They never came to us to explain they were out of thighs or ask if that substitution was okay. Instead, they simply gave him something he didn’t order and hoped we wouldn’t notice. I completely understand that restaurants run out of items, that happens. But what isn’t acceptable is making substitutions without informing the customer or giving them the opportunity to choose something else. Basic communication and customer service go a long way, and this situation showed a complete lack of both. This wasn’t just a bad visit, it was unacceptable. This location is damaging the Bojangles name. Corporate seriously needs to step in, inspect this restaurant, address the management, and ensure the staff receives proper training on cleanliness, food safety, professionalism, and customer service. I will never return to this Bojangles, and I would strongly encourage others to think twice before eating here until major changes are made.

I went from $7and change real quick to $13.The biscuit left something to be desired and Blackberry cobbler was made from a biscuit. So it too left something to be desired.I don't care how much frosting you put on it. It is what it is.

Sharing this because I hope management sees this. Patrice was waiting on customers at the counter, cleaning the dining room, and making bags. Her manager kept yelling at her as we were eating. The manager yelling was very rude and disrespectful. A coworker even stood up for Patrice saying “you wouldn’t talk to me that way now would you?”. I walked up to her and said she deserves better than to be treated like that. I encouraged her to find other employment because she looked like a hard worker and was being treated poorly. The food was good and the service was only good because Patrice was running laps around her coworkers trying to help people and clean tables. Please reference this as a time stamp 7:00pm-7:20pm on 7/16/26. Review the tapes and see that there were no clean seats. Patrice got yelled at for cleaning. The manager screamed “I don’t know what your obsession is with the dining area but you need to make bags.” She was cleaning and putting back tables and chairs that were scattered. It was a mess and she was trying to help. We were eating in the dining room and could hear nothing but the manager yelling across the dining room from the kitchen. The management should never talk to anyone that way. I hope HR sees this and advocates for Patrice. She was so sweet and undeserving of such horrible treatment in the workplace.

Food was cold very small proportions. They was very slow with harley no people in there. They don't give biscuits with the bite size chicken. The place was not very clean. They had mold on the ice machine. The floor was sticky. They were very unorganized in the back. The food in the back were just sitting on the counters not covered up . Flies were everywhere. You had asked for everything. Had no paper towels at all on the floor. .I wish I took more pictures.
