  Terrible service; the staff there ruin the brand's reputation. It is baffling how they hire such rude, ill-mannered people for customer service roles. It wouldn't surprise me if this location had to close soon; so many people leave upset by the service. I hope people make their voices heard—every cent spent there is earned through hard work, yet the staff act as if their very existence is doing you a favor.

  I took my grandkids there because they love their jamocha milkshake and curly fries!

  Drive thru attendee did not have good customer service skills my other was taken with an attitude upon getting to window I shocked to realize it wasn't a young teenager working for the Summer but a manager

  This is the only restaurant in Dorchester, Berkeley and Charleston County that don’t give delivery drivers from DoorDash or Uber. Eats free drink drinks
