  Came here twice 2 days in a row and they got my drink wrong both times, first time it was a bit busy and they forgot my cold foam and then when i came back around i was met with attitude. I forgave them and tried again the next morning, but once again my drink was made wrong, there's no excuse when it's only me in line. I am severely disappointed and never have this problem at the ashley phosphate location.

  I came to Seven Brew this evening around 7:00 PM. I pulled into the second drive-thru lane, and I was the only customer in that lane. The first lane had two customers. After the employee finished helping the second customer in the first lane, she walked back to her station without acknowledging me. I had to get her attention by asking, “So you don’t see me?” She looked at me, turned her head, and only then came over to my car. She told me she didn’t see my vehicle, but I found that difficult to understand since I was the only customer waiting in the second lane. I don’t know whether her behavior was intentional or not, and I can’t say whether race played a role. However, as a paying customer, I expect to be acknowledged and treated with the same courtesy as everyone else. The interaction left me feeling overlooked and disappointed. I believe the employee who was working outside around 7:00 PM could benefit from additional customer service training to ensure every customer is acknowledged promptly and treated respectfully. I was highly disappointed with this experience.

  Just moved here from WI and let me tell you this place is way better than the one at home! It's very quick and actually give me light ice ( I have very sensitive teeth so I need light ice)! I'm there couple times a week already! Keep it up

  I just ordered my first coffee from this location. I ordered a large banana nut iced coffee. I paid 6.50 for this coffee that I can’t drink. This coffee is so burnt tasting it’s horrible! I will not be back. I will go back to getting my Parker’s coffee cause at-least it’s not burnt and it’s drinkable. If I could leave a 1/2 star I would. Very disappointed in this coffee.

  I’m not a huge fan of iced coffee, historically, but this place has made me a believer. One of the young women working recommended me a drink, and it’s now my go-to: a medium iced brunette half-sweet with raspberry syrup. It’s delicious, and I highly recommend it. The people taking orders always seem to be bubbly and willing to offer a recommendation, which is awesome. They ask for a phone number each time, which saves your order history (and gives you points toward free drinks each time you order). My husband got me a coffee surprise on his way home from work, and the order history saved the day because he couldn’t remember what I like 🤣 It’s usually busy-ish, but the line moves fast and I’ve never had to wait more than 10-15 minutes from start to finish for my coffee.
