  I always forget to NOT buy any food here. Made a counter pick up order and took them 30+ minutes to have my order ready. I asked the manager about the order and he turned around and walking away said that there where other orders ahead, not caring.

  There were only three cars in line ahead of me. I thought having a Mobile order on top of only a few people in front of me would be a quick stop. I sat at the intercom for 10 minutes and sat in line even longer with only now two cars in front of me after waiting 10 minutes at the intercom.

  It was bad. My sister found a dead fly in her food. Their service was bad. A lot of people were showing mistakes they made and even my order just vanished off the in progress and finished menu.

  Now I am not rating this location of McDonald's it's McDonald's period I'm rating. I had a bad experience at the McDonald's in St. Louis Missouri. That place had the most unprofessional most incompetent employees I've ever run across. Especially that cashier, I had ordered a double Quarter pounder meal and I got just a quarter pounder... I even pointed at it. The cashier was so immature about the situation and the manager was even worse. And all the employees were out front not doing their job. Clowning around make lots of noise ... To much noise for people who were trying to sit down and eat. So I don't eat McDonald's anymore. I haven't eaten there in over 4 yrs now because of that. I'm a truck driver and I go all over the place. McDonald's used to be one of my favorite places to go eat at... But now, no

  Yesterday I stopped by the McDonald’s in Summerton located on the corner by the gas station and I-95. Unfortunately, there was an issue with my order. However, what stood out to me was how the manager handled the situation. He was professional, pleasant, attentive, and sincerely apologized for the mistake. He promptly refunded my order as requested and made sure my concerns were addressed. Even though my order was not correct, the manager’s outstanding customer service left a very positive impression on me. Great customer service can make all the difference, and he exemplified that. I did not get his name, but he was wearing a purple shirt and was working around 5:00–5:30 PM on Sunday, June 7. I hope he receives recognition for the exceptional customer service he provided. Because of the way he handled the situation, I would definitely give this location another try.
