  That's it, done with this location! It has never been very good and always slow, but they've finally outdone themselves. My double quarter pounder and fries were just warm. My wife's food was awful. Instantly, sent the cold fish back before realizing her fries and nuggets were just as cold. The replacement fish was only warm, not hot like anyone would expect. At that point, she just ate it because, why bother. The girl delivering the food to our table [over 20 minutes after ordering] has been there for a long time. [We've seen her at another local location] We've never taken the time to complain, but enough already... she is ALWAYS complaining about everything to strangers [customers]. Whether it's about working late the night before, or how service would better if she was running the back. Those were just today's complaints. She complains every single time we've seen her. Many people tonight were waiting for extended periods. Several simply walked out after waiting to order. As we were leaving, we told a lady and her son they'd be better off trying Subway. They weren't even busy, it was 7 in the evening... only 3 tables sitting and about 10 orders in the time we ate. Honestly, not sure how any of the employees have a job there, but especially little miss complain about everything. This is a truck stop... don't complain to truck drivers about your job. You go home and sleep in your bed at night. Shut up and learn what your role in the customer service industry is!

  I always forget to NOT buy any food here. Made a counter pick up order and took them 30+ minutes to have my order ready. I asked the manager about the order and he turned around and walking away said that there where other orders ahead, not caring.
