  I always have a great experience at Whataburger! The food is phenomenal, always fresh, hot, and full of flavor. One of the first things I noticed is how incredible the staff are—they greet you as soon as you walk in and make you feel welcome from the moment you arrive. The managers also deserve recognition. They go above and beyond for both their employees and customers, and you can always see them jumping in to help the staff whenever it gets busy. Weekends can definitely get overwhelming because it’s such a popular place, but even during the rush, the food still comes out fresh, fast, and made just right. It’s also a great place to bring your family for a meal, and I love that the outdoor seating is super dog-friendly, so you can enjoy your food with your pup too. I’ll definitely be back and would highly recommend this Whataburger to anyone looking for great food and outstanding customer service!

  Fantastic Service! ❤️💜 Me and the kids loved it! The burgers 🍔 are good and wrapped to perfection, the drinks🥤are nice and cold and the french fries 🍟 are good. Thanks for coming to Spartanburg, SC Whataburger! We are glad to have you here serving us all day and all night 24 hours 🫡.

  I had the pleasure to order from a lady working at this location I was ordering for 5 kids and my wife so it was crazy but she handled it so well and was so kinda we got the food really fast with no mistakes whatever they are paying her it’s not enough

  Placed a online order and it switched toa wrong store. They said there was nothing that could be done. The store that I was at the manager Gabby apologized for the other store and quickly made it right . This is the type of manager you need in more locations! We will be back because of Gabby and her great staff. And all this during a rush!!

  if I could locate the operators contact info I would call. Stopped in today for the first time. we ordered 2 combos and a couple milkshakes. I took one bite out of my patty melt and there was a hair. We turned around since we had already left the restaurant. I walk in and tell the cashier there was a hair in my burger. She claimed everyone in the back had on hairnets and insinuated that perhaps I put it there. She was not the manager because after the second insinuation that no one could have put the hair in the burger we decided to get our money back and she called for a manager. This is by far the worst customer service I've ever experienced at food service. Definitely won't be back and will be filing a formal complaint with corporate office.
