  Horrible service, had the wrong shake given to us, burnt bun, and it says they're hiring but when someone wants to work they make them wait 40+ minutes.

  They made us wait soooo long it went about a hour in a half now this is so unprofessional I recommend to never come here

  My husband and I stopped here today, July 25, 2026 to grab a quick milkshake. 40 minutes after ordering still jo milkshake. I sent him on to get his money back and to have the $2.00 tip returned. He finally came out with 1 medium strawberry milkshake that cost $6.79 included. Totally nor worth it. Next time I'll take my chances at McDonald's and maybe the machine won't be broken!!!

  Our food was not hot, the smash burger was nothing like the picture of it at all. When we got to the window to get our order we were then told they ran out of onions and was that ok, well we had already paid $31.20 for the order. We were stuck at that point! We had not been to Sonic in many years and it was sub-standard at best, nothing like it used to be. That is probably why no one else was there except for one car. Please take this place back to the way it once was. We were very disappointed and will not go back. Thanks, Elizabeth Rudisill

  took 29 minutes to get my order and was left to be the only car in the parking lot still waiting for their order which was only one side….thankful for the carhop that finally delivered the food and was kind about it.
