  Literally the only thing right on our order was the drinks. Please pay attention to what yall are handing out and make sure to repeat orders back to customers. Signed- a woman having a bad day that just wanted a burger(everything on it) with extra pickles and got given a burger with literally only pickles.

  Waited 40 minutes for 2 burgers. It came out cold. Asked for a refund, and waited another 39 minutes for it. All while cars repeatedly had the exact same experience as me.

  If I could give this place zero stars I would. When I told them that they forgot my burger and that I paid $32 for two people to eat They told me I was being "rude". They literally FORGOT my food and when I told them, they called me rude. This was the second time this has happened 🤣 so they took almost half an hour to make one burger that wasn't even right and then mozzarella sticks. And when we turned around, showed up angry, they were able to give us our food in 8 minutes. Byeeeee sonic, enjoy being ran by high schoolers forever. Over priced and pathetic employees. I will probably never stopped at a Sonic ever again after this BS.

  The one on e main st will see you in drive thru or parked and won’t take your order they will turn the light off or ignore you.

  We received an order for delivery this evening, and unfortunately, it was incorrect. Several items were missing, and the order was not as expected. This issue has occurred consistently with previous orders, regardless of whether they were for pickup or delivery. We believe a comprehensive retraining program for all staff, or a complete restructuring of the team, is necessary to address these recurring problems. When we contacted the establishment, the response was unhelpful and dismissive, directing us to the delivery service despite the order being placed through your application.
