  Really upsetting we have ordered from this location for almost 2 years and have never had a problem. However, with our most recent order from last night it was great like normal, until this morning, I heated two slices of pizza up for lunch and with my first bite something was in my mouth and I ended up pulling out a long brownish red hair that was entangled with the bite. Absolutely no acceptable and extremely disappointing.

  Getting very sloppy with their cuts with they're pizza having them extremely disproportionate and uneven. Taste is questionable...Getting worse and worse. Was my fav pizza place but the lack of quality is sending me else where.

  I ordered a Cheesesteak pizza and their were only sprinkles of steak in the center of my pizza, they are really stingy with the the toppings. I will not order from this location anymore.

  Definitely the worst pizzeria I've eve ever been to. We waited for a very long time, so in the end we didn't get the food yet.. cringe

  Website advertising 30 percent off. I ordered and Website didn't give discount. I went to store to pay cash, thinking maybe they take it off at store. Employee said no, 26.12 for a large with 3 toppings. Employee said nothing she could do. Price is 26.12...I could have just not paid but I am not going to do that...planning to call higher management to take care of 10.00 refund. I called 1 800 number...the guy was terrible basically blaming me for malfunction in Website. He calculated that it should have been 16.00...I said yes. He said someone would contact me and get me refund... haven't heard anything. No wonder the company stock is down 50 percent in 5 years...and they have had a few offers to sell but refuse offers....headed for bankruptcy. Won't go back at any price ir discount.
