- LCLisa CihicinaJul 17, 20263.0i’ve never really had any problems with this papa john’s, but today i was a little disappointed. i ordered ahead so i wouldn’t have to wait, but i still ended up waiting longer than expected. the app said my pizza was ready, but when i went inside it actually wasn’t. it was supposed to be ready at 6:40, but i didn’t get it until 6:46. i don’t mind waiting because mistakes happen, but i wish they had just told me instead of marking it as ready/picked up. when i got my pizza, almost all of the toppings were on one side, which was disappointing. i also noticed the floor inside was pretty dirty. the employees were polite and greeted me, so i’m not trying to complain too much. i just hope they improve the communication and pay a little more attention to quality.

The woman wanted to argue and give me a bunch of attitude and when I decided to give it back I got hung up on. Extremely unprofessional and so disappointing. I will never go back if I could give less than 1 star I would. Paid $60 for wrong pizza and half eaten side. Pathetic!!!
