I’ve ordered in-store four times, and each visit has come with a different price and a different sandwich than what I requested. If you ask for no cucumber, you get cucumber. If you ask for tomato, there is no tomato. Even after repeating the order, it often feels like no one is listening. The staff appears poorly trained, and the experience is consistently frustrating. After four incorrect orders, I will not be returning to this location. !!!STAY AWAY!!!!

I don’t know who the manager is but you literally need to give your employees proper training. This is the 3rd time we have gone in and they can’t get our order right. We have to repeat it multiple times. We literally order the same thing every time and it always comes out to a different price. If I am spending 50 dollars on a sub, I expect it to be made properly. We will never visit this location again and I will make sure that everyone else I know knows how horrible this location is. We ordered 2 giants with multiple add ons. Below is what I always try to order: 1. Club Tuna 2. No Tomato and No Cucumber 3. Light Lettuce 4. Add Swiss Cheese, Extra Onion, Mayo, Mustard, Kicken Ranch, Jimmy Peppers, Pickles and Bacon 5. Extra Toasted The photo below is what each sandwich looked like and what a sad excuse for a sandwich. NEVER EVER SPENDING A DIME AT THIS JIMMY JOHNS LOCATION OR ANY OTHER EVER AGAIN. (I WILL BE REACHING OUT TO CORPORATE AS WELL)
- MMMinion MasterSep 14, 20261.01st time to visit this store. My wife brought me a 6” sandwich @ work. I eat JJs a lot. But this is shameful. 9+$ for the meal. This literally is the size of a McDonalds breakfast burrito. I have never seen JJs bread this small. Not a regular size sandwich.
