  This is NOT what you’re used to at JJ’s. Very, very, very slow, all the time. It’s not because of new employees; I would understand that.

  This location is so slow! The last three times I have ordered from this location. It has taken 40 minutes to an hour to have the order ready. I thought it was "freaky fast"? My office orders from there quite frequently since they are 3 minutes up the road and we are not able to leave work for our lunch break. Today for two sandwiches it took over an hour for it to be delivered to us- we missed our lunch break by half an hour. The quick wait time was the only thing Jimmy John's had going for them- if I'm going to pay the same prices and wait even longer than other sub shops, I'll just go to Jersey Mike's where the food is better.

  Horrible customer service. They’ll make your sandwich and leave it without calling anything out. The cashier/ staff is unfriendly. Overall horrible vibe. Just go to subway across the street. ( Their food tastes better anyways)

  The delivery experience is terrible. Place the order at 11:35 and have not received it as of 12:40. It may be quick inside the store but delivery is very very slow.
