Visited this store twice today and was met with poor customer service on both occasions. My first encounter was in the afternoon with a young man with a ponytail and glasses. I asked him if I could leave a cart of heavy items up front while I continue to shop and he said “I can’t make any promises”. Weird response. Moments later I see that my cart has been moved into the middle of the floor instead of being tucked in between closed registers where I left it. During my second visit about 20 minutes before closing a young woman with a ponytail and glasses had no one at her register while there were two long lines at the other registers. She didn’t alert any customers that she was open and began mumbling under her breath as I’m loading my groceries on the belt. My barcode didn’t scan the first time and instead of saying it didn’t scan she just stood there with her scan gun not saying one word. She finally said it didn’t scan and I told her I had no way of knowing that if she didn’t say anything. On my way out the door she mumbled under her breath again. Highly disappointed.
