  I ordered ahead thinking it would be faster, but me and around 5 other cars have not moved for at least the last 10 minutes, being at least 40 minutes of waiting for fast food

  My husband and I ate at a Chipotle in New York; it was so good that the first thing we did when we got back was go eat at this location. Goodness, what a huge difference—the food here lacks flavor and doesn't compare at all to the New York Chipotle. We assumed that since it’s a food franchise, all the restaurants would serve the same food—or at least the same flavor—but that’s not the case; not coming back.

  I cant lie. The manager who hired an entire staff of employees that have zero sense of urgency needs to be fired lol. Also the place was messy and looks fairly unsanitary compared to other places.

  AVOID! 7/31/26, 3:20pm. No too busy. Took them 20 minutes for one bowl and kids meal Empty on some of ingredients and have to wait while they go the back to get it. No ice in machine No sweet teas No lemonade Incompetence and Inadequacy of ethical staff over here is HUGE!!!

  Alright what’s going on, guys? Is this a prank? A money laundering scheme? I’ve been a loyal customer since they opened for one reason: convenience. But I can’t take it anymore. It’s the worst Chipotle I’ve ever been to, and that has been true every time I’ve gone. I’ve traveled around the country, around the world, and I’ve never been to a place so awful on all accounts. New Yorkers have given me less attitude. I’ve been pleasant every time I’ve gone in, and the workers look at me like they wished I’d gotten run over before making it to the door. I’ve started to avoid eye contact in the hopes that one of them won’t put a hex on my bloodline. I have an understanding that even if I walk through that door and I’m the only person in the room, I might be waiting for 30 min before someone takes my order. And don’t even think about trying to order online, the order WILL be wrong, and it’ll take an hour. Why is the rice always both too mushy clumpy and too uncooked crunchy? And no salt in the rice?? Why are they always out of at least two very popular items? One time they had no chicken, no steak, no fajita vegetables, y’all what are you doing? I’m sure it’s miserable to work there, I’m sure you don’t get paid enough, but workers, I speak to you now: you’ve GOT to figure your life out. Go back to school. Join the military. Put music on SoundCloud, idk, literally do ANYTHING else, Chipotle Mexican Grill is not your calling.
