  The meat portions were very small. I asked for a normal portion, was told the only option was an extra scoop, and then got charged for double meat even though both scoops were tiny. Very disappointing.

  What an awful chipotle. From entering the restaurant it was dirty and chaotic. Once we were ordering our food, they didn’t have steak ready to go. The workers looked like they were just over being at work. The food was disgustingly awful. I ordered two burrito bowls and two kids quesadilla meals. The lettuce they gave us was already old and gone bad. I told the young man if he can take the lettuce off that is bad and put fresh one, he proceeds to get it put it back in with the rest of the lettuce mixes around and puts it back in my bowls. -.- Our bowls were all dirty. They had a mess of food. When it came to paying at first I got told it was $41 then there’s was a person in back of me who got their food, which apparently was a friend of one of the workers and didn’t pay so when I was about to pay the cashier goes on to say our new total was $47 and some change. We asked why and got ignored. Ok so we paid and asked for the receipt and cashier proceeds to say they can’t give it to me. What!? Well I guess. So I get home and taste the food. Well that’s was the most disappointing part since we already had a bad experience at the restaurant now I get home and have food that is not eatable. The chips were hard and dry and tasted like they had been there for well over 2 days. Let alone the bag wasn’t even full. The queso was sour. The beans were salty, the guacamole was horrible. No salt no lime. The onion was chopped by a toddler. Yes I tried to save the food by adding lime but that didn’t work. This location does not pop up on the website to make a claim to let the corporation know of how my experience was. So if the manager sees this please contact me. I just spent money and threw it away since I could t eat my food and driving 20 mins back to the restaurant was not an option for me and the phone doesn’t get picked up. The picture shows the lettuce I received on both bowls. Yes this was the portion for both bowls. Along with a bone and who knows what that red skin like thing is next to the limes. Please don’t eat this food. I would love my money back.

  I went in the afternoon on Labor and was welcomed by a hardworking crew that did not skimp. They were there to serve the customers. Thank you!
