  I was passing through town and placed the online order. It was ready when I got there and consistent with my local Chipotle.

  This location continues to provide horrible customer service, including management. They don’t care about servicing the customer just putting the time on the clock to get a paycheck. Chipotle has been losing market share and recently the CEO spoke about trying to regain the loyalty of customers returning to their stores. In the press and on business shows he explained that customers are frustrated with the shrinkage of portions and not getting their monies worth. He even stated in the news that he advised all store managers and employees to ensure proper portions are distributed AND even said that if a customer asks for additional portions they should oblige - no questions asked without an upcharge. Today I went to this location and experienced a terrible customer experience. First, I ordered a burrito with brown rice and black beans. Both servings amounted to a quarter of the spoonful and I asked them to give me the correct portions. They soon developed “An Attitude” and begrudgingly added a small portion of rice and beans but less than the normal portion. Then I asked for chicken and they again shorted me on that portion. I asked for more chicken that would be the equivalent of the normal portion and they said they would charge me for a double portion. I mentioned to the employee about the recent announcement by their CEO about portion shortages to begin immediately that if a customer requests an additional portion provide it, even a protein, without an additional charge. I even asked to speak to the manager (Emeka). I shared with Emeka about the CEO’s comments and she said “we don’t have to follow the CEO’s comments” - WOW. How does Erika keep her job as an employee yet a manager. I told Emeka that I was going to file her complaint and she ignored me. Upon checkout I requested my receipt (since I needed the transaction information for the complaint) and they gave me a hassle and eventually provided. When I called the Chipotle customer service number and explained my situation they said they were not aware of the CEO’s comments regarding portions. I even provided them three references of the the CEO’s and they still didn’t acknowledge his comments. Chipotle continues to lose market share over the past two years it is not surprising that former customers are fed up with the poor customer service, especially by management and first level customer service. This will be the last time I give my business to this Spartanburg store and contemplating giving my business to the competition. Customers should boycott this store since customer doesn’t exist and management doesn’t care!

  The manager Meka was very accommodating to my needs, she went out her way to get me some steak that was not in the front line after the tall brown skin older lady RUDELY stated they didn't have anymore. Meka took care of business.

  This is our third trip to Chipotle and have never gotten to eat there once. The first time we waited 20 minutes in line for them to tell us that they were only taking online orders because some of the staff needed to go home from their shift at 3P.M. so we left. Last night we tried again at the one in Spartanburg and the doors were locked at 9:24. The door said their hours were til 11:00 P.M. We tried another one in Spartanburg, it was open. But they were out of everything. How are you supposed to run a business like this. I guess we will never know if we like Chipotle or not because I am not going to run all over town trying to find one that is open that has food. This is ridiculous. Do better.

  I should’ve known better…I’m telling the cashier my order and he’s rushing…gave me the wrong beans I would have liked pinto but I got black, and he’s just picking up things along the way, and putting things back…🎤Sir listen to customer order and proceed from there…but they got security at this location, my first mind told me to not go there, I should’ve listened…WILL NOT be returning…and I ended up throwing that nasty food in the garbage…
