  I was very surprised by the level of quality and service at this BWW location. The restaurant is very updated and modern, while the food was high quality and tasteful. As a fan of BWW for their lunch specials and Pick 6 deal I will make an effort to come to this location when in the Spartanburg area. I would recommend.

  Walked in at 1pm not full at all loads of tables no hostess in sight. Only one waitress on the floor in sight. So my family and I walked out, pretty crappy and 2 upset hungry kids so we went to long horn better service and can get steaks

  Its a sports bar but you would think their wings would be better since wings and sports go together tried it once didnt like 2nd time shame on me

  Idk What happened but this place has really fallen off I can't believe a place that is supposed to specialize in wings have some of the smallest wings in Spartanburg, the wings were cold like it was cooked way before I arrived and they were brought out to me 3 minutes after I order them. So I figured I came just on a bad day try them again 3 weeks later and the wings were still very very small and hard and cold.

  I genuinely enjoy the food however, every single time I order from here, my order is missing more than one thing or an item is wrong. I never am given silverware. Every single time I pay for extra cups of sauce, I’m given less than what I’ve paid for. I never get the drink when I order it. And they don’t pay attention to modifications on your food at all. I’m genuinely sick of my order being wrong literally every time I order from here. Do better or start firing people.
