I just spent over $20 for a chicken biscuit, chicken sandwich combo with fries, rice and two drinks. I asked an employee how they would feel if they were just served fries like what they served me. She replied they were always like that. They were not only cold and unseasoned but tasted like they had made some kind of attempt to reheat them. No offer to fix.

The difference at this place is night and day, LITERALLY. Always good during the day, AWFUL at night. I paid and was asked to pull around while chicken sandwich was made. Once I opened my food I realized the fries were cold and stale, and the chicken on the sandwich was overcooked to the point it could break teeth, and ofcourse no straw. Instead of driving back from work I threw it away. I could have gotten better chicken sandwich from a gas station down the street. Never again.

I am sick! The food was awful. I was given cold and old tasting Bo rounds, the chicken was cold and the biscuit tasted like it had chemicals on it. My coworker nor I could eat it! I want a refund because that was $18 for nothing. I pulled up to the drive thru and the drive thru menu had a sign on it that was curled up so I was unable to read it. I tried ordering but heard no response from the menu or an actual person so I pulled up to the window and was told I ordered something that I didn’t order. I told her the menu may have misheard me so we just needed to start over and she tries to hand me an unsweetened tea after I told her I wanted a Sweet tea… the manager is talking to the cook the whole time, meanwhile this girl at the drive thru is acting so confused like she can’t “comprehend “ I had to tell her multiple times that I wanted sweet tea and that I ordered a large and she still tried to hand me a medium tea. Then the girl told me to keep the unsweet tea (per her manager) and tried to not give me my sweet tea at saying her manager said to give it to me? This person was so confused. After getting my food (finally) it was not fit to eat. I’ve never had food this horrible at any Bojangles I’ve ever been to until now. This is a fairly new place but always has been the worst one (food wise) I’ve ever been to. The people weren’t rude to me or anything, I just feel like if more attention to the customers experience and food quality was given then this place would have more business. It’s going downhill already and has just opened. I’m not a “Karen” and I understand things happen but I feel like I was poisoned after trying to eat this food in all seriousness. The bottom of the biscuit tasted like chemicals and the top was cold but tasted normal. No rounds were over cooked and cold/old tasting. The tea barely had any ice in because she took the medium tea she made and poured it into the large cup without adding more ice and put more tea in it. The tea did taste good and was probably the only thing consistent but would have been better if it was cold and had ice that wasn’t half way melted already. The iced coffee was weak tasting but it did have ice in it so it was bearable. I still have a numbness at the tip of my tongue from the bite of biscuit I ate. This food went into the garbage after one bite. I tried a bite of the chicken and it was cold. Tried a bite round and it was hard to the inside as well as cold. My co worker couldn’t eat his either, so, I know it wasn’t just me. It took me forever to order and the food was terrible. Probably will not ever go back after this experience and waste of money.

First time at this location I experienced rude customer service, the lady handed over my food, drink and card all at once, while i grabbed my card and drink at the same time, i hadn't place my drink in the cup holder yet when the lady said to move over because she was on a timer, very rudely as if her job depended on it, I was the only car at the drive thru by the way. Just for that kind of service, I prefer not eat here anymore.
