  Arby’s: You can order when You’re ready. Me: I would like a Small Strawberry Lemonade. Arby’s: All We have is Regular and Large, Although Menu states Regular,Large and Extra Large. Me: Ok Regular is fine. Also I would like to to get a Rueben, sandwich only. Arby’s: Pull Up for Your total. Now Arby’s catch Phrase is We Have the MEAT…, and I guess that You intend to KEEP IT. Cause it sure isn’t on this sandwich !!! No wonder their Drive thru was empty, while All the restaurants around them were plenty busy. Do Yourself a favor and save Your money… Go to Wayback Burger, The Cook Out 5 Guys even McDonalds is on the same block. Can You Show me $16.98 worth of Food? Oh BTW Where is the Kraut & Cheese???

  Can’t get a simple order right. Ordered classic Arby’s sandwich and got nasty beef and cheddar. That happened twice. I’ll never go back. They are incompetent or just plain don’t care.

  Me and my wife ordered 2 roast beef combos, my combo was large. When our food was ready I noticed that my fries were in a small box and I told the cashier that I paid for a large. She grabbed the fries off the tray a took them back and dumped them in a large box and placed them back on the tray. When I told her that she just changed the box and not the quantity of fries, she got an attitude, so we just proceeded to the booth to eat. We then both noticed that our sandwiches were extremely cold so I asked for a refund. This lady named Drena got an attitude because we wanted a refund and didn't even apologize. We will never eat at this location again.

  So I came in one day and ordered a strawberry lemonade the guy that was taking my order received the lemonade from one of the ladies in the kitchen he was a older guy never got his name, him and I both noticed that the strawberry lemonade was very plain just from looking at it I didn't even have to say anything he took it himself to the kitchen and fixed it for me as soon as he brought it back the drink looked completely different it actually had some color to it and the drink was delicious I really appreciate him for doing that.
