  Just ok. My first time at this chain restaurant and the special chicken sandwich was good however the fries were skinny and basically had no taste. The sandwich was a $5 special and adding the drink plus fry package added another 3 bucks with tax. I would have preferred to go to Wendy's for their fries and a bag meal.

  My family and I ordered two patty melts and a chicken strips kids meal. IT WAS PERFECT AND DELICIOUS! THE FRIES were better than the famous McDonald’s by far! You could tell the fries were made with care and cooked in clean fresh oil! AND BURGERS!!!!! I LOVE them so much they were incredible and FILLING! I used to go to Culver’s for a similar experience but I have to say I must change my go too because your restaurant offers BOTH that are both better than the other two restaurants! Secondly I had just left the ER and the I drops they gave me made my depth perception very off and I couldn’t get through the drive thru in my opinion safely. One of the employees came out and helped guide me through the curves of the drive through. I told them that I had never been there before and they immediately gave me recommendations after I told them about my allergies! A loud truck pulled behind me and I could no longer hear so they asked me to pull up to the window. I paid and he immediately asked me to please park on the other side of the building to wait for my food to be made fresh so I wouldn’t have to hear the loud truck. He came outside and brought my food which was incredibly hot and fresh and delicious everyone working that day needs to know how appreciative I am of them. I just came from the hospital with my son and I both going to the hospital and I was kind of sad but that treatment in that care made me feel a lot better and I didn’t even reach my house yet. I was just getting food for us because we were hungry. The staff there that day, all please the highest recognition of professionalism I don’t know everyone’s name but the date I went there is seven for 2026 which is Fourth of July. The time my food was ordered was 4:43 AM and my order number was 560410. I would like to make a very important request given that I’ve provided the time the date the order number is there anyway you could let these people know that work there how much I appreciate them and is there anyway you could reward them? I don’t care if I have to pay for it myself. They deserve something cause I was going through a lot that day and they did what they did was incredible. I didn’t get everyone’s name, but I do know that William P was the person that I talk to the most and he literally talk to me for as long as I needed it and when I was telling him about how I was feeling, and he is such an amazing person please everyone was great, but I’m highlighting him. He was amazing and made me feel so incredibly heard. Thank you for being the best restaurant ever!🙏🏼💎

  My family and I recently visited Whataburger, and although our food took a little longer than expected, the customer service was outstanding. Robert came over and personally apologized for the wait and explained that he was making sure our food was hot and fresh before bringing it out. When our meal arrived, everything was fresh and tasted great. To make up for the inconvenience, they even gave us hot apple pies, which was a very thoughtful gesture. Robert was extremely kind, respectful, and professional throughout our visit. It's not often you see customer service like this anymore. We really appreciated the effort and care they showed, and it turned what could have been a frustrating wait into a great experience. Thank you, Robert, and the Whataburger team for the excellent service!

  Always Good food, great service, good atmosphere. I love coming here and picking up a original whatameal and I'll usually get the double patty and it's really delicious. And don't forget the large fries. The shakes are good too. It's so convenient and they even have coloring pages for everyone to color while they visit. It's such a good place. No other fast food restaurants have coloring pages.

  My first time having Whataburger anywhere. Loved it! Burgers are much bigger than expected. I ordered a triple burger, but it was so large I wish I had ordered a double or even a single. Fries are deliciously hot, crispy, and salty! Many places don't seem to add enough salt, but these fries were wonderful! I look forward to my next visit!
