Ordered some items today off the menu, and I’m one to not really post negative reviews but when it was just a negative experience all around, I couldn’t help but to share my not so wonderful experience. First we ordered the new strawberry cina bun dessert, which was posted on their menu and charged me for, but was told mid food being cooked, it is a discontinued item, not a big deal we rolled on. Second, we get our food, and missing items, I was ok with this, mistakes happen. But I get home. Sit down, and all I want to do is eat. When all of a sudden I discovered my Taco barely had any meat on it!!! I mean come on, how many times must you guys let your customers down, when will these fast food chains become accountable to their employees and start making things right for their customers! It’s a minimum wage job, don’t like what you do? Go work somewhere else, stop making us hard working Americans that work for our money suffer!
This place is an embarrassment. The manager, Dreke, is inept and rude.
The store is also filthy. Will report to Dhec.
We bought chalupas. They were not properly fried. The bread tasted like dough. Poor quality food.

My husband has been given the wrong taco two times in a row this week. He has ordered chicken tacos and each time gotten the wrong meat. We have had issues with this place before with missing or incorrect items. I understand making a mistake but two times in a row with the same taco is ridiculous!! Quite frustrating

Read all and you will understand why I give this taco bell a five star review. There food is actually really good if you like this type of food. Im rating it based on alot of factors like quality and speed especially for how busy they are for the size of simpsonville they are the only taco bell for a good size area. There drive thru gets absolutely packed and I mean packed, plus the inside as well not to mention all the doorDash, GrubHub, and Uber eats orders on top of all that and some how they still manage to get the orders out quickly and efficiently. Now I will say, it's a good idea to always check your bag before you leave because with a store that is that busy. It is only natural that they're going to make a mistake i mean face it we are all only human. I have personally had stuff missing from my bag before, but they always fix it and correct the issue so even though they do make mistakes, I'm rating them 5 stars based on the quantity that they put out the speed that they put it out and still seem to get it all done quickly and efficiently. Now not all of the employees always have a smile on their face and they may not always greet you excitedly, but keep in mind again I have stood in there and watched them It is a extremely fast moving fast-paced environment and when they are busy they are really busy with a small kitchen and not much room and a drive thru that stretches thru the khols parking lot they do a great job. Simpsonville could use another taco bell but these guys do a great job considering everything that they go through
