  I made an order thru uber eats and my order of fries had 2 hairs, i found 1 and was like eh okay then kept eating and found the second hair, and not even that, all 3 orders of fries was nasty, greasy crumbly & burnt. So disappointed it had been a while since i had sonic and this proves why i stopped eating sonic :(

  Waited over 15 minutes for just a limeade I ordered through the app there were only two cars there during the entire time and the employees were just standing around at the door I never received that order, I went back later through the drive through and ordered another limeade since I never received my first one when I got that limeade there were no limes just sprite

  I’m only giving 5 stars because the 2 employees Stephaine and Nicci were busting their butts the whole time I was here waiting on my food,I mean they were nonstop running back and forth and both were very polite and kept apologizing for the delay which I didn’t think was very long.They both need to be recognized for their hard work and dedication to their jobs they were both very polite and got my items that were forgotten,I’ve had a problem in the past with the mgr here but these 2 employees have made me decide to come back.

  Horrible customer service. My visit was on Aug 4th 2026 exactly at 10:10pm. I tipped ugh. Plus I paid more money to get onion rings instead of tots and I literally only got like 3 onion rings. I should of just got the tots and saved me some money
