  This place is a JOKE. Waited for 30 minutes for a couple slushes and ice creams. Had to remind them I was still waiting then when it was finally brought out it was all melted. Had to ask for a refund- never was offered to get new drinks made. Won’t be back. Also saw a mouse running around. Gross

  I want to start off by saying, my complaints are not regarding the regular employees. I waited 30 mins for an order that i mobile ordered in advance. I had to press the order button twice before the food came. Thank you to the very nice guy who brought the food, none of this was his fault and he was helpful. The system with ordering and mobile ordering at this location is just absolute buns. I’ve had Shein orders come faster 😂

  Extremely disappointed. Very slow service even with few car in front. Always waiting for so long. Keep in mind we order two drinks. People are rude and seems to me like very incompetent. They lost me as a customer.
