- RPRicardo Palacio5 days ago1.0⭐ 1/5 Absolutely disgusting and completely unacceptable. We ordered food from Papa Johns and found a fingernail in our food. Needless to say, we immediately lost our appetite. This goes far beyond simply getting an order wrong. Finding someone’s fingernail in food raises serious concerns about cleanliness, sanitation, and how the food is being handled in the kitchen. We order food expecting it to be prepared safely and hygienically. After this experience, I honestly don’t know how we could feel comfortable ordering from this location again. Management needs to take this seriously, investigate how this happened, and make sure proper food-handling and sanitation procedures are being followed. Extremely disappointing and disturbing experience.
