It was 45 minutes later and my delivery person was still waiting on the food. It seemed like they didn't even start making it until he got there. Then when they said 10 more minutes, it was about 25 minutes, at least, before he heard anything else. My order wasn't anything complicated either. Something isn't right there. It took me an hour and a half to get my food. Outback's service is definately not as good as it once was.

We also couldn’t get a hold of our waitress who was sitting at a table talking to her coworkers. We also saw multiple people get their food before us and they arrived at the restaurant way later.
