I don’t know if this place is under new management or if everyone just collectively decided to stop caring today, but this was hands down the most chaotic breakfast experience I’ve ever had.
Pulled into the drive-thru thinking I’d grab a quick bite… 30–40 minutes later, the line hasn’t moved at all. Then they start sending cars to a side parking area like we’re part of some unorganized waiting list. Cool, no problem… except we then sit there another 20 minutes with ZERO food and ZERO updates.
At this point, a few of us basically form a support group and drive back around to ask what’s going on—only to be told they “forgot” our orders. Forgot. Entire. Orders. Like we’re invisible.
Finally get my food, check the bag… wrong items. Of course. So I go back AGAIN (because clearly I’ve been hired as quality control now), only to be told they’re out of the ingredients for what I originally ordered. Oh?? So instead of communicating that like normal humans, the strategy was to just freestyle a sandwich and hope I wouldn’t notice?
Then comes the grand finale: I ask for a refund after wasting nearly an hour of my life, and the girl at the window with black hair and glasses had a serious attitude the entire time—talking over me, acting like I was the problem, and refusing to explain anything. She handed me cash with no receipt, no breakdown, no explanation of what I was even being refunded for, gave me an amount that didn’t even match what I paid, and then slammed the window in my face mid-conversation like that was a solution.
At that point I’m just trying to figure out… what exactly was the plan here? Because it definitely wasn’t customer service.
Then a manager finally appears, and instead of resolving anything, tries to send me BACK to the waiting area for a refund… after I had already been moved twice with no resolution. Absolutely not. I stayed right there in the drive-thru because clearly “pull forward and wait” just means “we’ll deal with you never.”
Also—no one addressed the attitude, no one tried to de-escalate, and the manager didn’t seem to know what was going on in the first place. That’s when you realize this isn’t just a bad moment—it’s a whole circus with nobody running the show.
And the cherry on top: they threw away my receipt, then asked me for it when I requested a full refund. Incredible. Truly performance art at this point.
Even better—they somehow refunded me $17 when my total was $12. So not only did they forget orders, mess up food, and fumble customer service… they also can’t do math. Their register is probably crying right now.
Tried calling afterward—no answer, naturally.
At this point, I’m considering the extra $5 emotional compensation for surviving whatever that was.
Moral of the story: if you enjoy wasting an hour of your life, being ignored, and getting attitude for someone else’s mistakes, this is your place.
Otherwise? Stay far, far away.
