I would rate this place 0/10. I had curbside pickup. Waited 30 minutes out there, finally decided to walk in and get my food myself. Which was missing items and incorrect. Will never go here again.

Currently in the ER. Highly allergic to onions. Have a stomach issue and onions put me in a crisis. Went back and nobody seemed concerned at all. I even had to ask for a refund after I showed them my mychart. Whole weekend ruined bc of this place. No accountability at all. Filing police report soon as I leave er

Literally just left the McDonald’s worst service in the drive thru young lady said she couldn’t hear me so I kept speaking up, I get it I used to work fast food. But she asked me to repeat myself like 8 times but she seemed to be too occupied doing something else to pay attention to my order. So she would just tell me to speak up. Then I see her at the window and she’s just eyeing us all sorts of ways and making faces. It’s busy so we get told to park and we do. This cashier puts a note on our food which I doubt is appropriate because another team member sees it take it off and apologizes. It’s 9:00 am give the day a chance and honestly I try to not leave bad reviews but this is an interaction that would honesty be enough to ruin someone’s day so early. I get she may be having a bad day or morning but that isn’t any way to treat a customer. This wasn’t a very welcoming location and all of this for our food to be wrong. This is the first time McDonald’s has failed to satisfy us I usually always have good experiences hope this isn’t something that continues

I don’t know if this place is under new management or if everyone just collectively decided to stop caring today, but this was hands down the most chaotic breakfast experience I’ve ever had. Pulled into the drive-thru thinking I’d grab a quick bite… 30–40 minutes later, the line hasn’t moved at all. Then they start sending cars to a side parking area like we’re part of some unorganized waiting list. Cool, no problem… except we then sit there another 20 minutes with ZERO food and ZERO updates. At this point, a few of us basically form a support group and drive back around to ask what’s going on—only to be told they “forgot” our orders. Forgot. Entire. Orders. Like we’re invisible. Finally get my food, check the bag… wrong items. Of course. So I go back AGAIN (because clearly I’ve been hired as quality control now), only to be told they’re out of the ingredients for what I originally ordered. Oh?? So instead of communicating that like normal humans, the strategy was to just freestyle a sandwich and hope I wouldn’t notice? Then comes the grand finale: I ask for a refund after wasting nearly an hour of my life, and the girl at the window with black hair and glasses had a serious attitude the entire time—talking over me, acting like I was the problem, and refusing to explain anything. She handed me cash with no receipt, no breakdown, no explanation of what I was even being refunded for, gave me an amount that didn’t even match what I paid, and then slammed the window in my face mid-conversation like that was a solution. At that point I’m just trying to figure out… what exactly was the plan here? Because it definitely wasn’t customer service. Then a manager finally appears, and instead of resolving anything, tries to send me BACK to the waiting area for a refund… after I had already been moved twice with no resolution. Absolutely not. I stayed right there in the drive-thru because clearly “pull forward and wait” just means “we’ll deal with you never.” Also—no one addressed the attitude, no one tried to de-escalate, and the manager didn’t seem to know what was going on in the first place. That’s when you realize this isn’t just a bad moment—it’s a whole circus with nobody running the show. And the cherry on top: they threw away my receipt, then asked me for it when I requested a full refund. Incredible. Truly performance art at this point. Even better—they somehow refunded me $17 when my total was $12. So not only did they forget orders, mess up food, and fumble customer service… they also can’t do math. Their register is probably crying right now. Tried calling afterward—no answer, naturally. At this point, I’m considering the extra $5 emotional compensation for surviving whatever that was. Moral of the story: if you enjoy wasting an hour of your life, being ignored, and getting attitude for someone else’s mistakes, this is your place. Otherwise? Stay far, far away.
