    That manager that worked today 5/17/2026 time was around 2pm is very unprofessional and they screwed up my order on the same twice and still didn't get it right after waiting 10 minutes again for it!!! The manager he/she was very rude!! You shouldn't be managing anything except the dish washer.

    Witnessed female employees sexually harassing a male worker while he was trying to work. Watched the same female worker walk across the street to the gas station to buy alcohol then got back to her shift drunk. Y’all need to do something about that!!

    When you order it constantly tells you that your food is ready but when you go in to get it you have to wait another 5-10min because it’s not ready but the reasoning yall give is because you have a screen timer and you can’t let it go over so you have to clear it out. That’s bs stop telling ppl their food is ready when clearly it is not: they constantly leave things out of happy meals. They are always out of drinks the time on the tea says it was brewed at 7something AM and it’s 8pm. They do have some amazing employees but quite a few bad apples. P

    Joined the drive thru line at with 3 cars ahead of me at 8:22 PM. Reached the ordering menu at 8:38 PM. Before greeting me, the service provider stated: “We are closed. I won’t be taking any more orders.” I mentioned the paper sign attached to the menu and told him, “It says, ‘We close at 9 PM tonight.’ “ He replied, “Yea, but the kitchen isn’t taking anymore orders.” I said, “You just took everyone in front of me, and I’ve been waiting all this time in line. You need to take my order. You are still open for 22 more minutes.” His reply, “Nah. We closed. I am definitely not taking your order.” I told him I would be contacting management. His reply, “Have fun with that.” There were still three cars behind me when I drove away. WHY is this place still in business? Does McDonalds corporation care at all that one of their franchise businesses treats customers like this? Never again.

    I had to stop to use the restroom driving home from Columbia to Greenville. I went to the drive-thru because I didn't have my wallet with me. When I went to the drive-thru I asked for the Filet-O-Fish sandwich and I asked for it to be well done! It always takes at least 4 minutes for fresh one to be cooked and when I went to the window the young man handed my bag and I looked at it, I was kind of a perplexed and said, that's not fresh! He turned around to the manager and I heard her say, tell her it just came out of the oil! I told the young gentleman I want one that's fresh please, I'm from Southern California and I've been ordering the same thing since I was probably 10 years old and I'm now 60. The manager rolled her eyes and threw her arms up in the air and the young gentleman turned around and looked at me with big eyes and said, would you mind pulling up? I said, not a problem! I sat there and waited for a good bit of time, but that's fine! The same manager was the one that brought it out to me and I looked in the bag and there were no napkins!!! I caught her before she completely walked away and said, ma'am? I'm so sorry can I please have some napkins? And she says, they're at the bottom of the bag!! So I looked at the bottom of a bag and of course there were no napkins in their whatsoever!! I literally had the hobble in to use the bathroom because I broke my toe this morning and then turn around and drive to Columbia and then drive back home to Greenville! I was so mad because I didn't want to get out of my car again! I didn't thank goodness, I had some napkins. Your customer service is the worst that manager definitely needs to be retrained. Being in fast food, either being a manager, assistant manager or lead your top priority is to make sure the customer gets it the way they want! I don't mind waiting, I don't understand what the big deal was! It's her job and I paid for a service!!! I'm now going to the hospital for my broken toe. She needs to be retrained
