We got to witness the manager repeatedly messing up orders, then yelling at the front counter staff who were already dealing with frustrated customers complaining about long wait times. You could hear employees talking about walking out because of how the manager was treating them over mistakes she made herself. Watching a manager yell at employees in front of a restaurant full of customers was incredibly unprofessional. After waiting 40 minutes, we finally received “our food”, only to find that the order was completely wrong. We got back in line to request a refund, and instead of handling the situation professionally, the manager shouted from across the restaurant, “If they want a refund, just do it.” Overall, it was a terrible experience from start to finish. Poor management, poor customer service, and incorrect orders after an excessive wait. I definitely would not recommend this place.
- KBKenneth BrownJun 22, 20261.0Over the last year this dunkin has gone downhill the coffee is always bitter. The service is always dry. I lt used to be a very welcoming atmosphere and that changed. Theres always new staff and they act as if they are forced to be there with there nasty attitudes. I waited 30 minutes for a fresh brew of hot coffee and it was barely hot. I waited on my food and when I opened it my bagel was hard and burnt. Management is not the best here when you complain she says Well what do you want me to do about it I just work here to get a check to pay my bills. Her and another employee laughed and the one said i know right i only get paid $12 hr. Noone chose this job for them. They chose this and it really upset me that even at a small coffee place like Dunkin a little customer service wasn't in there nature to give. Im highly disappointed but im glad theres a fountain inn location. Im looking forward to see how this location does with upcoming 7 Brew being there neighbor.

I showed them my order confirmation and even my bank statement proving the payment had already gone through about 30 minutes earlier. Despite having proof of purchase, they refused to give me my food or offer a refund. I understand technical issues can happen, but the lack of customer service and willingness to help was frustrating. I left without my order and without a solution. I expect better treatment when I’ve already paid for my food.
