Zero stars!!!! I had an extremely disappointing experience today. I went through the drive-thru and ordered a #7, which was supposed to be a steak biscuit, regular fries, and a large tea, and then asked for a large Mountain Dew. The employee taking my order rudely responded, “I don’t have Mtn Dew.” I simply said okay. When I got to the window, the young lady there was very polite. She had a regular tea instead of the large I ordered, but when I told her, she apologized and made me a large without any attitude. I appreciate the way she handled that part of my experience. Unfortunately, when I drove away and opened my bag, I discovered that I had been given a chicken biscuit instead of the steak biscuit I ordered. I had to go inside to get the correct order. The young gentleman inside didn't say much, but he did give me the steak biscuit and a cup for my tea. When I went to make my other drink, I noticed that the drink machine in the lobby was absolutely filthy. I took pictures because the condition was unacceptable. I dropped the food off to my friend, and shortly afterward he called me and told me that his steak biscuit had a thick, coarse black hair in it. 🤢 I attempted to contact the district manager by phone and also sent a text, but I received no response. Overall, this was poor customer service, an incorrect order, a filthy drink machine, and food that contained a hair. This experience was completely unacceptable. Management needs to address both the cleanliness of the restaurant and the way customers are treated. I hope someone takes this seriously because customers should not have to deal with this kind of service or question whether their food is being prepared in a clean environment.

I went in this morning, and Fady, the guy who served me, was prompt, friendly, helpful, and professional. The restaurant was nice and it was clean.

My husband just picked up an order in the drive-through came home. Both of the bo-rounds for the combos were missing. Called up there and had to call about six times to get them to answer the phone. The girl that answered had an attitude was screaming in the phone acted like she could not hear me talking and then when I called back and spoke very loud so she could hear me she set the phone down and now if you call, it is busy. It's honestly sad that you cannot go through a fast food drive-through and have an expectation of your food. people do not care about their jobs or customer service. To drive all the way up there to try to get breakfast so that we can have a relaxing morning for it to just be ruined by the energy of people that do not know how to take accountability or provide a decent experience for the customer. Lack of care or service is really why the drive-through stays empty. You drive by that place and it is dead all the time. I honestly think the workers do that on purpose because they don't wanna work lol- #fastfoodsucks! I understand sometimes customers can be disrespectful as well, but at least match the energy you're receiving don't start out at 100 and if you cannot control yourself maybe find another job!
