- KSKimberly ShealySep 26, 20261.0PBSD We tried this location for the first time because we’ve had so much trouble at other Bojangles locations. BIG MISTAKE This must be the worst. We ordered online for pickup at 10:45, we left with our food at 11:15. There were maybe 4 people inside and the drive thru had about 8 cars. There seemed to be plenty of employees working. We had an order for one biscuit combo and one supremes combo. That’s it! Two people stared at our tickets for several minutes. They made our drinks, a few minutes and a couple of stares later, they asked for the biscuit. Then they went a got our fries (we will talk about the fries later). 10, seriously 10 minutes later…..They asked for our supremes to be dropped and that was after another look at the ticket. If it wasn’t an app order and already paid for, we would’ve left. We did see a man walk out after no acknowledgment for ordering, because both front attendants were so busy studying our tickets. After 30 minutes we left with our order, including watered down drinks and cold fries. So a little story about the fries….. We’ve had some troubles with seasoned fries at other locations and alas this one too. It’s the craziest thing. The seasoned fries don’t have potatoes inside. It’s a shell of a fry. You know how sometimes you get a boiled peanut without a nut inside, that’s what it’s like. Seems like it would be a fluke but has happened so many times. Bojangles in general has a serious functionality problem and now the fries are absolutely terrible. Back to this location….other than the fries (the staff can’t help that) the food was pretty good but it was still an especially bad experience because of the sheer incompetence of the staff and I sure hope that wasn’t the management. PBSD-Post Bojangles Stress Disorder makes it hard to eat.

The chicken was cooked fresh, no questions or complaints about it. The lady with the long blonde braids who helped me was absolutely wonderful! Thanks yawl for another great dinner!

Then I ordered one Cajun filled biscuit. The young lady who put my order in screwed it up and charged me for three sausage egg and cheese biscuits. When she rung me up she never transferred my receipt to the other side so they could fill the order. This same cashier comes back around and ask my order again. I tell her the order and she screws it up again. I'm thinking you rung me up a few mins ago. The manager with an attitude Ms. Tammy Faye had to reprint my receipt and still screwed got my order wrong. I have a sausage biscuit with nothing on it no egg or cheese. So when I asked for a refund for the biscuit I didn't order Ms. Tammy tried to keep the receipt. Fellow customers please check your receipts to make sure your not overcharged for something you didn't receive. There was line inside and outside. It will be a minute before I ever go back over there. Here is the picture of my receipt that they tried to hide.
