It seemed like there wasn't enough ice to give it that frosty consistency. The taste was good, and there was a lot of caramel.

It’s our favorite and we have never been disappointed. The cake is always fresh and yummy. This year, and I double-checked my receipt, I again ordered the yellow cake and chocolate ice cream. I got confetti cake, not fresh, very dry, and some vanilla ice cream with chocolate sprinkles or maybe chocolate chips. The cake and the ice cream were both wrong. We are visiting from out of town so I had to order from a different location (Simpsonville store in SC), so I will try again next year from our usual BR. Someone at the Simpsonville BR needs to pay closer attention to orders. Even if the decorator realized her mistake after the fact, we would have been happy with a discount.
