The friendliest place in Simpsonville honestly. No grief over correcting their mistakes and food is always fresh and yummy!

Look, in this economy, Arby’s coupon sheets are practically high-value currency. I’ve been grieving their absence lately, and after getting cold au jus on Monday, I honestly thought the coupon era was officially dead. But I decided to treat myself to a French Dip tonight anyway, and Jacob at the Fairview Road location turned my whole week around. First off, I was that customer who asked to upgrade to a large drink at the very last second at the window. Jacob didn't blink, roll his eyes, or make me feel bad—just pure, friendly, top-tier service. Then I got home, opened the bag, and found steaming hot au jus along with a fresh sheet of coupons sitting right at the bottom. Jacob restored my faith in the Fairview Rd Arby's. Give this man a raise!

Arrived at 950, hours online say they close at 1030 but was told they had already shut down everything. Post the correct hours if your not actually open until 1030
