  A great experience, was my first time at a 7 brew had this amazing barista help me named caitlin! She walked me through the menu options and there were 100’s of combinations to pick from. I also met the manager Maddie! Who was so kind making sure that I was helped and was good to go! 10/10 experience will most definitely be back!!!

  The girl who took my order was so sweet and sociable. She asked me questions about my day which was awesome because I had my first day of clinicals today. I was able to answer some questions she had about college. It felt like we built a customer employee connection and I enjoyed our chat. She was a gorgeous African American queen!

  7brew has always been favorite coffee but a couple days ago I went through to get me and my husband a coffee, it was my first time out alone with both my kids since having my son. My 8 week old was screaming and the young lady reached through the window and fed him as i was driving through the line. Truly amazing customer service i will come back time and time again because of this service 🩷💙

  More structure is needed. Employees don’t seem like they want to talk to you or take your order. My drink was 3/4 full and this is 4th time. We will go to the location on woodruff from now on.

  Love the coffee however I will stop coming because of how loud the music is. I am not a prude by any means but I should not have to scream to order coffee. It’s ridiculous. When I received my order it was incorrect because the woman couldn’t hear me. She said the apple was sugar free however it was not when we confirmed at the window. Drinks had to be changed and remade. In the end, our drinks were made correctly however for me personally, it’s not an enjoyable experience when I cannot hear or think straight because of how loud the music is. Do better please.
