  My boyfriend ordered online and got a pizza deal (2 med , 6/8 pc wing) but ordered the wrong pizza (my fault for letting a man order) THE WINGS on the other hand was burnt and soggy. I came to take the wings back and PURCHASE the right pizza.. the manager was acting like she couldn't understand what I was asking for and called HER boss??? All I wanted was them to fix my wings. After a moment, her boss did come politely and replaced my wings. Even after that the manager was showing no concern. I had to repeatedly tell her what pizza I wanted (not listening /engaged). Cant make everyone a manager smh . I appreciate her boss fixing it for me even though it shouldn't have taken him to fix something SO small. He gets a 10/10, she gets a -1000 sorry not sorry

  Had a late night hankering for some Pizza Hut so I popped over to my local establishment for some pan pizza, breadsticks and wings. Dakota greeted us with a smile and opened the boxes to show us our pizzas (never had that courtesy done before) and boy oh boy did they taste just as good as they looked! Washed everything down with a cold Pepsi. Definitely made the night! Thanks!

  I would like to recognize Dakota at this establishment! The food was delicious and hot and he displays exceptional customer service skills! I love that he welcomed everyone that entered as I was waiting for my order! Just wanted this place needs someone that cares and makes sure the food is on point! I will be returning soon because he was sincerely concerned with making sure everything was on point!

  On Friday, April 17, 2026 at 11:47 AM, I placed an online order through Pizza Hut’s website for a 16-piece Burning Hot boneless wings combo with fries. I paid in advance with my card, which I now regret because it feels like once they already have your money, there’s no care put into the order. My food was delivered by DoorDash, but I was never notified that a Dasher would be handling my delivery. Normally, Pizza Hut sends updates when they outsource deliveries, but this time I received nothing—no tracking, no driver name, nothing. The driver just showed up unexpectedly. On top of that, my food wasn’t even secured in a Pizza Hut bag. It was handed to me loose, which is unacceptable from a food safety standpoint. When I called the store to ask about the situation and requested the driver’s name, I was told they didn’t have it on record and that this was a “regular” driver who doesn’t speak much English, so they just give her the food and send her off. That response raised serious concerns about accountability and how deliveries are being handled. The biggest issue was the food itself. When I opened the boneless wings, they had a strong ammonia-like smell and tasted sour, almost like vinegar. This was not the “Burning Hot” flavor I usually order. The food was clearly not safe to eat, and I had to throw it away. This isn’t a one-time issue either. Orders from this location are consistently wrong or poorly handled, and it’s frustrating to keep wasting money. From what I’ve seen, there’s a lack of management and professionalism. Employees are often on their phones, taking frequent smoke breaks, and sometimes only one person is running the entire store. I’ve also noticed food handling practices that don’t appear sanitary, like employees touching multiple surfaces and then preparing food without gloves or washing their hands. At this point, I won’t be returning. This location seriously needs better management, proper staff training, and higher standards for cleanliness and customer service.

  Wednesday, April 15, 2026 @ 9pm This location needs a real manager running the kitchen until closing time because when regular staff members are left to run the store by themselves late at night, something always seems to go wrong. I placed a late-night pizza and wings order on Wednesday, April 15, 2026, and specifically asked for extra marinara sauce on my pizza. The wings were okay, but the pizza I received had no sauce at all. It was extremely dry and overcooked. It looked and tasted like it had been sitting for a long time and was simply reheated before being given to me. This was especially disappointing because I made it clear I wanted extra sauce, yet the pizza barely had any and was very dry. There were three staff members working at the time: one Caucasian female with black hair wearing a white coat, black shirt, and black pants; another Caucasian, shorter, heavy-set female with dirty blonde hair in a ponytail wearing a grey shirt and black leggings who appeared to be the cook; and a light-skinned male with a beard. I also noticed the male employee walking outside with his pants sagging, which appeared unprofessional. Additionally, I tipped the shorter heavy-set female employee in the grey shirt as a courtesy without even checking my pizza that she made first. However, when I asked her for a single cup of ranch, I was told by her I had to pay $1 for it. After spending over $30 on pizza and wings and leaving you a good tip, being charged extra for one cup of ranch is crazy. Had I checked the pizza before leaving, I would have left the entire order at the counter. The pizza was not cooked properly, I gave a good tip, and I was still being charged for a cup of ranch. Lesson learned — always check your food before leaving this location and think twice before tipping extra.
