  Service is bad. I ordered a Carmel Sundae. The manager Heather took my order and 8 minutes later I was still waiting and she came out with her back with a Carmel ice cream, she had time to make her free on but not mine. I asked her where was my order she said she was leaving. 4 minutes later I asked for a refund.

  How does this happen every time? You can order 30 min ahead of time using the app and they will still send you over to the mobile order pick up and take 20+ more minutes to bring your food… whether there is a line of any kind or not. Once they just forgot I was waiting out here. The number of times I’ve given this place chances and they still can’t get it together. Also fries are never crispy, just wet and sad.

  Occured the morning of 4/16/26. Placed an order at about 3:40 AM for some McChicken Sandwiches. Since I work night shifts, I ordered them for my 30 minute lunch. I arrived at the location for the manager to tell me that she "hadn't received" my order and that they would not be taking new orders at the moment. I asked her if this was 1305 Sandifer in order to confirm the address, she said yes. Now I have to wait however many days for my money to be refunded because apparently it's an inconvenience for the night shift manager to do her job. Because I only have a 30 minute lunch, I did not have time to go somewhere else as a backup option and will have to spend the rest of the night hungry and lightheaded.
