After I returned with the food I realized that it was missing 25% of the order. I called them and they told me to come back and they would have it ready. I drove back 20 minutes in the rain. They only give me what was missing. Seemed like an amazing opportunity to try to provide something extra for the hassle. 1 hour in the car total to go back and forth twice. Soaking wet from the rain. Just an “I’m sorry.”

No greeting upon entering; the worker who normally asks if you're picking up an order (and your name) looked at me like a zombie and resisted to ask, while his coworker watched the entire non exchange, and then waited about 3 more minutes before asking my name (they weren't busy btw, only 2 other customers in the store.) I will just spend almost $20 (for myself alone) at the location in Anderson. At least there everyone is treated with the same common courtesy and great customer service.

The young workers would just stand around and talk, no cleaning the tables, no sweeping, checking to see if things need refilled. They never called out how many people came in the door, which from my experience is something you did as an employee. Just poor management in my opinion.
