  I brought in 5 of my guys for our company, this was the 2nd time and both times were horrible. The kiosk kept messing up. Tried multiple times to speak with someone in the back only to get ignored, or if anyone came out a rude comment. I understand we all get busy at times but there wasnt even 6 people in there. I will never return nor will any of my employees. Absolutely the worst experience!!

  Horrible service, took too slow, and would NEVER come again. Go to another McDonald’s with better service.

  If you're leaving Florence, SC headed to Hilton Head this is your halfway pit stop to check your tie downs, tires inspection and use the clean restroom. Yes, drive through the lot and you'll find there's parking around back for your Charter Bus, RV, small trailer on the far right. McDonald's is McDonald's if you know what I mean?

  I’m a recent local in the area, after breakfast hours this is a horrible establishment!! The later the hours get the worse the service gets. 20-40 minute drive thru sit times. Door dash multiple times and missed items. I’ve seen them pull 6 cars at once! Don’t not recommend at all.

  I went in for an iced coffee. Plenty of staff. Ordered at the kiosk. Had to pay at the counter. Most staff just walked right past me. Finally got the attention of an employee and got my coffee. Twenty 20 minutes of waiting. And the iced coffee was not even very good. I had a sugar free vanilla iced coffee...way toooo much syrup! I would have walked out, but I had already paid
