  I’ve been twice now and had such a great experience both times!! The coffee was amazing and the staff were so nice.

  Cant comment on food or beverage because the wait was terrible. Stood at counter for 10 minutes and were never even acknowledged. At least 12 people were waiting for their orders. Yes it was busy but to not even be spoken to.. Totally unacceptable! We will not be

  I always use the drive thru at this Dunkin’, and it’s consistently a great experience. The staff is friendly, fast, and accurate with my order every time. My Ice coffee is always made just the way I like it, and the food is fresh. Even during busy times, the line moves quickly, and the employees are always polite. Great customer service and a reliable place to grab coffee on the go. Highly recommend this Dunkin’!

  So excited Dunkin Donuts opened in Santee, SC. At first there was many employees the Donuts were fresh & filled. We knew things would change my husband said one of the male employees pants were hanging down. I got a Boston Cream Donut Im not exaggerating it had maybe a teaspoon of filling basically missing. The black coffee has been filled to the top today it was half filled. U just cant get good workers in Santee Wendy's Burger King & Hardee's have shut down because of it. Read the reviews of the 2 remaining. Plz Dunkin Donuts dont be like them Managers get on your employees to fill the Donuts teach them to fill black coffee to the line not halfway filled. We want our hard earned money's worth. Thank you kindly a Santee resident.
