She didn’t even let us put in the whole order before she told us the total and was sighing and giving attitude when we got to the window. They also forgot some of our order and were out of barbecue sauce. I do not recommend this place worst customer service by far. I understand it’s a holiday but do not take it out on your customers.

As I was placing my order, the lady just started texting on her Apple Watch.completely not paying attention to me. Some older black gentleman in line behind me yelled to the woman behind the counter “ stop playing your phone and take that man’s order!!” She looked up from her watch and said “ my momma come first now, my momma come first!!” Then she looked at me and said “Go ahead, whatcha want!.” I started my order over again and again she got distracted. Manager was right behind her and said nothing. After about 15 minutes I finally got my order. I had just got off work so I rushed home to eat. I had three dry tenders, and no sauces. My receipt showed what I ordered and was charged but didn’t get most of the items. If momma is so important maybe we should have taken the day off to tend to momma. Just a suggestion. Place definitely needs work. Won’t be stopping there again as long as those same employees are working there. It’s a shame also. That was my first ever Bojangles experience and I was very unimpressed. The only thing that was good was the Bo berry biscuits.
