The restaurant had an unpleasant smell, which made a poor first impression. The wait was also longer than expected. However, the food itself was excellent. The pizza was delicious, fresh, and clearly made by someone who knows what they’re doing. The pizza chef is very talented. I hope the restaurant improves its cleanliness and appearance because the quality of the food definitely deserves a better environment

No apologies, explanations or nothing. You just get to continue to wait. Manager needs to make some adjustments or close the doors.
