  Randy is hands down one of the best employees that my husband and myself have encountered at Dunkin'! He’s always friendly, professional, and keeps a great attitude no matter how busy things get. He makes customers feel welcomed the second they walk in, gets orders right, and works hard to keep everything running smoothly. You can tell he genuinely cares about both the customers and his team. Me and my husband have become regulars ever since.

  Customer service at has been disappointing. Staff seem disengaged, ignore customers at the counter, and show no urgency even for simple orders. There’s minimal communication, interactions and unwelcoming, and I waited forever for my drink. The behavior is very unprofessional and disrespectful, including making fun of customers.

  The customer service at Dunkin’ has been consistently disappointing. Employees often appear disengaged and inattentive, frequently ignoring customers standing at the counter while focusing on other tasks. Even for very simple orders, there seems to be a lack of urgency or basic acknowledgment. Customers are often left waiting without any communication, and interactions—when they finally happen—can feel cold, unwelcoming, and rushed. The overall attitude of the staff comes across as unprofessional, with poor body language and minimal effort to provide even a standard level of service. Instead of feeling like a valued customer, the experience can feel dismissive and uncomfortable.
