  Went through the drive thru. Didn't get the explosive diarrhea virus but did get sick. Taco pizzas were terrible.

  I absolutely love this branch. I will not go into another. Stephanie is amazing the manager. I absolutely love her to death. She make sure everything’s done the way. It’s supposed to definitely recommend the drive location over any other in Spartanburg.

  Honestly this is one of the dirtiest Taco Bell locations I have been to. For this to still be a relatively new location I hardly expected it to be so grummy on the inside. Since you can see in the kitchen while at the front you can see all the food scrapings and debris covering the food assembly area as well as the floors. While coworkers had orders for the most of the time I was here I did notice more chit chatting and less cleaning. The front of the establishment was also dirty and the gentleman that came out to wipe a table was preoccupied while talking to someone on his headset (not food related). I was most shocked by how the food was assembled. I ordered a flatbread but it was rolled up like a burrito which was completely stuck to the paper and tore as I tried to unroll it. I’ve been to this location a few times but the East Main location is much better and it’s certainly older. Taco Bell and their employees need to do better and for sure have trainings for this location about cleanliness.

  30 min to get there. 30 min to get home. Waited around 10 min at the drive thru to get someone else order. $15 bucks in the garbage.

  The people working here on 7/7/2026 around 7:00 are the most rude, inconsistent, disrespectful, and they have no idea what they’re doing. We sat at the box and they made us completely reiterate our whole order because they switched people. They switched people while we were ordering three times. The sodas we received had ZERO syrup in it. It took them FOREVER to get our order correct on the screen. Every single person we talked to at the window and the drive speaker were rude and didn’t understand anything we were saying. We sat In line for like 10 minutes. They dumped all of our food in the bag. We pulled off to check our food and we are still missing food from our order. Further more, we went back inside to have it corrected and they were hostile and rude and the employees in the back were talking very nasty. Absolutely do not go here, every single time I have come here my order has been wrong and thrown in the bag, absolutely will not be back. This is the location off of 26 by Dorman. Update, as we opened our food at home, we realized that NONE of our food was correct. When I specifically said no jalapeño sauce in the quesadilla because I’m allergic, they put it in there. EVERY single one of our soft tacos were taco supremes when they were supposed to be plain. Do not go here!!!!!!!
