Lately the wait has been longer and I have seen the employees manipulate the processing time by holding cars prior to ordering so their order completion times don't look excessively long. Tonight was very disappointing as I waited on dinner with my family in the car after a road trip. It started by the person taking my order seeming to be in a hurry and messing up my order, then she gave me the wrong change. After that I waited about 20 minutes for our meal and luckily my wife checked the order and I had to turn around to get the missing items that were on the receipt.
