  Jai and Austin were amazing. They helped me and my fiancé out tremendously tonight. I’m a manager for another chain, and I can tell you they did an outstanding job. Great service and amazing staff.

  Mess up my order and when I came back to the restaurant for my correct order my son in law was told not to wait so long to report that food was wrong. First off when I gave my order I asked for traditional wing (bone in) and not tender. When I ordered it was right on the screen, maybe you as the manger need to learn how to run your kitchen and store so that this is never a problem. I mean come on how much help is needed to get a simple order right. You have screens that display and order and printed out labels so what’s the issue and problem. Secondly I live only less than 5 minutes away and if coming home thinking my order was correct only to find out that it’s not. Then having to get back in my car and drive 5 minutes back to your restaurant only to get attitude from you is ridiculous and unprofessional. You should have paid me gas money and refunded me what I paid for your mistake.

  Jaiquivous took our order, he had very good customer service- he greeting everyone was making sure everyone was taken care of!

  i ordered my food online and when i came in it was sitting on the shelf and so was two other orders there was maybe 5 orders in total that they had to make another customer came in after me and was also waiting with me for about 7 or 8 mins while our food was done. he went to the side we’re they could actually see him and told them we was on the side waiting for our orders , then a boy came up to him and asked him was he ordering the customer said no we are both waiting on orders but she(me) was first so he could get me first the man said “that has nothing to do with me” and threw his hand at me and asked the man again what was he ordering and the man said get her first (me) he said i don’t have time for this and walked off the costumer then asked to speak to a manager and nobody spoke to him then a different staff member came up and gave the man his order, i don’t think i will being ordering anything here because that one boy was very rude it wasn’t even that busy to be rude attitude was very nasty
