  Nastiest place I've ever been staff was absolutely non-professional there was nothing clean in the whole entire place drink machine was nasty there was no ice in it there was no tea in the tea machine they refused to give a refund when I had a problem manager was absolutely nasty with me would not recommend this place to my dog

  Well, I ordered delivery from here through their app in April, someone at the store bagged the orders wrong so instead of all the food I paid for I got some guys chicken nuggets. Literally nothing from my order was present. Reached out to their support about it that night, again towards mid may, and still nothing. Like 55$ on some other guys chicken nuggets and still nothing help-wise. Hate leaving bad reviews, but, I guess this the extent of where I can air my grievance. Edit: I did contact them?! Contact me back?! Answer the contact?! Smh. This Auto reply is rotted.

  The 1 star I am giving this restaurant is more than generous. If I could rate it lower, I would. I ordered an online order through Wingtop's website for delivery. Problem # 1- I received a text saying Door Dash would be delivering my order. Problem # 2- my order was not packed correctly so when it was delivered, it was missing 3 items. I ordered this dinner as a gift so it was really embarrassing to not have all the order. Problem #3- I called the store to let them know part of my order was missing. The first employee that answered put me on hold and didn't ever pick back up. I waited on hold for 20 minutes before finally calling back. Problem #4- The employee would not redeliver the missing food or refund the part that was missing. She was extremely rude. Problem #5- I was transferred to a manager who redefined the definition of rudeness. I was apallad with how terrible she was. She refused to help me in any way, told me I could only get help online, blamed everything on Door Dash (which I didn't choose), and then hung up on me. Whatever you do, do not order from this store!! You will regret it instantly. I sure did!

  Went to Wingstop for a late dinner. Ordered 40 wings for myself and grandchildren. I asked if we could do all flats. I was told yes. Paid extra for all flats. The manager yelled from the back at me "Is this your order all flats? Next time we can't do all flats on 40 wings!" Instead of yelling at me from the fryer she should've had a conversation with the associate. I didn't take my own order. Once I got home the wings are drowning in cooking oil. Can't taste any flavor. They had the nerve to ask me to come back when gas is almost $5.00 per gallon. Kids don't won't the wings and neither do I.

  Long nasty day and it just wasn't worth going back to fight about my cold wings with the wrong sauce after I got them home. Should have checked the Google reviews first. But other wing stops are always good and fresh.
